  This home was as beautiful as the photos in the listing and we enjoyed our family celebration of my husband's 50th birthday there. There was plenty of room for nine of us and the pool and barbecue area were a big hit, as was the pool table. Our only issue was figuring out how all fo the lights worked. There is a remote, but it is not well labeled and it was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on and/or off. Also - the treadmill in the exercise room did not work and since it was really the only exercise equipment in the exercise room, there really was no exercise room, so plan on running in the hot desert if you want some exercise. I would definitely recommend this rental.

  I took a group of teachers to a conference in Phoenix and we stayed at this home. It was so comfortable and peaceful. It was definitely large enough for 8 adults to spread out and feel comfortable. The house was well furnished and very clean. I highly recommend it to anyone going to the Scottsdale area. Getting out of downtown Phoenix after a long day for conference sessions was the perfect way to bond as a group. The setting is peaceful, the pool refreshing and the landscape beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  What a great house! And yard. And pool. We stayed with 2 other families for a week, and had a ball. Loads of room. Great location in N. Scottsdale...it feels nice and remote, but is close to good food, shopping, activities, and the airport. The owner isn't local, but was super easy to deal with, and incredibly helpful while we were there. Lastly, the house is extremely well-stocked. They thought of everything.

  We had a great stay. This House is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the Ramada and firepit along with the pool. It was a great place to hang out and just relax. The house was extremely clean and appointed with great decor. We couldn't of picked a better vacation home.

  This is truly a 5 star home. My family joined us for Spring Training. There were 4 couples in total and the house worked out perfectly. The inside has a huge living room, a large sun room and a movie room. This was great for March Madness as each room had a large Hdtv. But, we ended up spending most of our time outside with the outdoor kitchen, fire pit, Hdtv and pool. Rather than go out for dinner, we cooked in on the grill. We also cooked our breakfasts outside before we heading for a Giants game. The location is excellent. All of your shopping needs are nearby and the Troon area has a lot of great restaurants. All of my family agreed that this home is wonderful and it met all of our needs. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are planning on returning next year for Spring Training. I guess that says it all.

  We have been visiting North Scottsdale for years and were fortunate to find this wonderful home for our last trip. We carefully read all of the positive reviews and found that not only were they accurate, but the property still managed to exceed our expectations. It is close to activities, restaurants, shopping, etc., but offers a wonderful setting with a real Sonoran Desert feel. The house is large, comfortable, immaculate, and felt very new. We had two adults and four kids in our party and there were rooms that we didn't even go in. I counted eight televisions throughout the home, including one in the movie room and one in the outdoor Ramada! The outdoor area feels like a resort with the pool, multiple seating areas, fire pit, fire place, BBQ, etc. It is clear that the owners have invested a lot into the home and it was dialed in with every amenity that you could ask for, and then some. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay, and treated us like valued guests. We highly recommend this property.

  We had a great time. The house was fantastic. Pool was great, rooms were beautiful and well stocked, the kitchen was very nice and of course, the theater room and pool table were a bonus. It is close enough to golf and Spring Training games as well as Scottsdale itself, yet apart enough to provide a quiet environment while dozing by the pool. Oh, and I should not forget the great BBQ cabana in the back yard with its own stereo system!

  This place is so much more than you bargain for. The pictures simply do not do the physical features the justice they deserve. We went with a large group during the first week of February 2013 to relax, act jolly and enjoy the Phoenix Open and some of the local golf courses. The most fun we had was spending time at the house. The place slept 16 comfortably, the kitchen was ideal for large meals, and we maximized the theater room and fire pit while hanging out at night. I will definitely look to book this property for my next trip to Scottsdale.

  Wow! This is an exceptionally beautiful home. The photos don't do it any justice. I recently rented this property and used it to host some friends for a golf vacation. I mentioned that I'd like to use the grill at some point during my stay and, when I arrived, the fridge was fully stocked with everything I might need (a very thoughtful/generous gesture). I can't emphasize enough how accommodating the owners were, and the house itself is a dream home. I'm already looking forward to staying there again. One piece of advice: I'd consider renting a car if you stay there. Cab fares can get pretty hefty if you're constantly travelling to and from Scottsdale. This rental exceeded my expectations in every possible way. People tend to embellish slightly in anonymous reviews; If you're serious about renting this home and would like a very candid non-anonymous review from someone entirely unrelated to the owners, please feel free to call me - 617.877.5280. That I would offer to take your call is merely a testament to how impressed I was with the home and its owners.

  This property is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Decorated like it belongs in a magazine, everywhere I turned I saw another well thought out detail letting me know how much thought went in to making our stay an experience we will never forget. Strikingly beautiful views from every angle, the perfect outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing, and the peace and quiet that comes with real privacy.. This was exactly what I imagined a real vacation feels like!
