Lovely farm home, very cosy and comfortable; I was there to ski with my kids and had a fabulous time at the house and in Ogden in generalRecommended for: Families with young children.

We found the house to very nicely updated and convenient to everything. We were in Ogden for a family funeral and had lots of visitor during our five day stay. Overall, this home was well furnished and equiped and we will use it during our next visit to Ogden.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

I recently transitioned to Ogden and needed a place to stay while I got the lay of the land. The moment I walked in the door this place felt like home. The photos simply do not do this home justice; it is charming, warm, comfortable and welcoming, far beyond what can be conveyed on the web site. The owners have restored and maintained this home with an attention to detail that can only be done by someone who truly cares for their property. The home was well appointed with everything that I needed for an extended stay. The house is conveniently located near the historic district, has views of the mountain, and is across the street from a park. Tamara quickly replied to my inquiries, checked in on me when I arrived, and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Cancellation policy:
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. MST AND CHECK OUT IS 12 NOON MST. Early Check-ins and late check-ins may be possible with prior notice and approval of owner. 2. This is a NON SMOKING home. 3. PETS are permitted in home only with prior approval. $150 per pet fee applies. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. The home owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. 4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- - A damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required. This must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left in the lock box and house is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. 5. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Charles Anderson. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. 6. CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately. See item number eighteen (18) of this contract. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. An additional charge or $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to ten (10) will be assessed. 8. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A FIVE (5) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY; seven 7 nights during peak and holiday seasons. Exceptions to this rule may be possible with prior approval from the owner. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate. (801) 866-9143 9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However maid service is available at an additional rate. 11. RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice. Once a deposit has been received for a reservation, rates cannot change for that reservation. 12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 14. PARKING – Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted during snow removal. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 15. HOT TUB: Use of the hot tub requires signed release of liability waiver and instructions of usage forms. Children under the age of 14 may not use the hot tub. 16. FIREPLACE: The fireplace is a wood burning firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 17. QUIET HOURS are between 10 PM and 8 AM MST. During those hours no loud volume should be heard from the exterior of the house. 18. TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend your purchase travel insurance.
