Beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with nice layout in the best possible location. It's spacious-- it could easily accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms plus 2 more if you use the sofa bed in the living/dining room. You're a minute's walk from Via Veneto and only 5 minutes to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and all the downtown piazzas, with of course many nice shops, cafes, restaurants nearby, plus a taxi stand, bus stops, and two subway stops. The kitchen was fine--equipped and stocked with basics, plus all the pots/pans you need (though the utensils could have been better)-- but in any case we only had breakfast there.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 1985
About the owner: I am an engeneer born in South of Italy and transferred in Rome in 1979 to study at the University La Sapienza and S. Cecilia school of music to play piano. I actually leave in and work in Rome as engeneer.
Why the Owner Chose Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps):
This property has been bought for me by my father beacuse of the great location in the center of the city. Then, when I get married I went in my actually house very near to Via Ludovisi, but bigger than this apartment.
