Gold rated room in Center Village just a short walk to the lifts. Nintendo Wii for the kids, young and old, to enjoy. Third floor unit overlooking the village, not the freeway.
About our condo: We have enjoyed our condo for both winter and summer activities for six years. Our unit overlooks the footbridge to Center Village and Ten Mile Creek. The Belgian House coffee and waffle shop is just below our balcony. Our unit, unlike half of the units in Passage Point DOES NOT look out onto the freeway, parking lots, or the dumpsters. We are located next to the stairwell that leads directly to Center Village, the closest exit to Center Village at Passage Point. Why is this important? In Winter when there is heavy elevator traffic and sometimes long waits in the morning, it is incredibly convenient to take the short walk down the stairs and be on your way to breakfast or the lifts. Our condo is ideal for families of four to six. With two twin beds in the second bedroom, there is no fighting over who gets what bed. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room is there if needed. Although our unit can sleep six adults, we really think you won't be comfortable so if you have six adults you might want to consider other properties. However, families of four, like us, will find our condo to have perfect sleeping arrangements. Also note that you must be 25 or older to rent our condo.
About Passage Point: Passage Point is the premier property in Center Village for many reasons. Passage Point boasts three hot tubs! With ample space, you'll never have to worry about 'squeezing in' to a hot tub at the end of the day. The three hot tubs are different sizes, with one being big enough to be described as a pool. Each has its own temperature so you'll find something right for you. Passage Point has a fine workout room with two treadmills, one stationary bike, one stair master, and a weight machine. Passage Point has a private parking garage. Other properties share their parking garage which creates traffic, parking shortages, and long walks from your car to an elevator.
About our policies: We are non-smokers and do not have pets so we do not allow smoking or pets in our unit. Our goal is to make sure that our unit is enjoyable to as many people as possible. If you have a pet, there are plenty of other units that will meet your needs. If you are a smoker, we welcome you to our condo but we ask that you smoke only in designated areas.
About our rates: We use our condo often and we want to keep it in excellent condition. Our rates are competitive with other owners and we believe are very fair and reasonable. For this reason, please do not contact us asking for special discounts or last minute deals. Our rates are market driven and in the event that we lower our rates after you've made your reservation, we'll lower your rate. Of course if the rate goes up, you will still get the same lower rate you were originally quoted.

Wonderful Condo in Perfect Location
This condo was perfect for 5 of us looking for an early season ski break. Even using the pull-out couch for one person to sleep in, the condo size didn't make us feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with a generous supply of pots, pans, utensils, etc. As well, the owner had a nice supply of basic cooking necessities (salt/pepper, seasonings, condiments, etc.) that allowed us to use the condo for breakfast and lunch every day. The hot tubs (more like pool size hot tubs) were incredible for working out all the aches and pains after a day on the slopes...a huge plus for staying in this condo complex. Ski lockers were convenient, though a bit small when trying to fit 3 pairs of skis/poles and 2 snowboards into them. We used the stairs right next door to skip any elevator lines at peak times. The condo was very well built and we hardly heard any noise from people walking about either in the hallway or in the unit above. The location of Passage Point was great. From the unit it took about 5 minutes maximum to get to the lift....maybe 150 yd walk. The central village area had a great selection of restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, etc. to make the night life interesting. Jim was very easy to work with and excellent in communications. I searched for quite a while for condos before I settled on this one. Jim provided very reasonable pricing for this nice unit. We hope to visit again !
