Situated in the historic center of Bordeaux, with a view over the 'fairytale castle' of Porte Cailhau, The Key to Bordeaux is very close to the river and the famous Place de la Bourse.
This two bedroom apartment is spacious (80 sq meters). There is one double bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom, plus a fold-out day bed in the main bedroom which sleeps two. Amenities include an elevator, dishwasher and washing machine, Wi-Fi, Cable TV and free telephone calls to most countries.
The apartment is in a quiet street, very close to the river. In the surrounding area are numerous restaurants, cafes, wine shops and small boutiques.
To reach other areas in the city, you need only walk for a couple of minutes to the tram stop, and the line will take you to the main train station and many other significant locations in the city.
It is rare to find a spacious, two bedroom apartment that is so centrally located.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment for two weeks with our two little children. The apartment itself was lovely and had all the comforts of home. The lift acess was great as we had a pram and lots of luggage. Wi-fi and international telephone calls were included which was fantastic. The location was gorgeous, with views of Porte Cailhau from the living room window, and only a stone's throw from the riverside. Two tram lines are only moments away. The historic city centre is equally convenient to reach on foot. Also loved the nespresso machine and great reading material about Bordeaux and the wines. We would highly recommend this apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

It's located in the historic center and all the conveniences you need are near by; a small supermarket is only two minutes' walk, and good restaurants are in the square around the corner. (There is a gelato shop in the same street - so you can indulge yourself in the summer months.)
