Beautiful four bedroom penthouse condo steps from the action has been recently upgraded. This four bedroom, 4.5 bath condo is in the heart of the action at Duval Square just south of Truman. The residential units sit in a courtyard setting above a retail/office courtyard below with the shared pool.

We stayed at this condo several years ago for a wedding and LOVED it - It's a gorgeous multi-level condo and I'm so glad to see it back on the rental market since we are planning to book again in 2013 for another family get together. The location is ideal, far enough away from loud bars, but close enough to walk home after visiting them! We loved the secure assigned parking. There is a keyed elevator to the second floor where the roof-top condo entrance and pool are located - both areas were lovely and private - amazing to realize what is above street level in Key West. We rented scooters nearby and rarely took the car out for the whole week -- nice to not have to fight for parking spots. Duval Square on the first floor has a great restaurant and shops and we never heard any noise from them. The pool area overlooking Duval St is a great place from which to people watch in the evening. This was one of our favorite vacations ever and very memorable since we celebrated our 25th anniversary and our youngest son got married while we were there!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
