Condo living at its best. This top floor waterfront condo is 815 sq. ft and it has an 815 sq.ft ROOF TOP PATIO. From it you have views of the Inner Harbour, Olympic Mountains, Gorge Waterway, Chinatown and the Parliament Buildings. Boutiques, art galleries, shopping and restaurants galore are steps away. During the day enjoy the bustle of the harbour teaming with ferries, float planes and kayakers. In the evening, marvel at the brightly lit Parliament Buildings. In the winter snuggle in the comfy condo, light the gas fireplace complete with a hand finished hearth and listen to music, read a book, watch the flat screened TV complete with 5:1 Surround Sound wiring.
The condo has just been completely redone. The stairs leading to the roof top patio match the fireplace hearth which is made of kiln dried birch. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, quartz counter tops and custom wood cabinets which follow through to the dining room. It is well equipped to prepare a lovely meal. The dining room table comfortably sits four. A wine fridge keeps your libations at a perfect temperature. Above it is a granite top serving area. The new Bolton king size bed has a pillow top mattress and plush duvet. The bedroom and living room have Juliet balconies from which you can watch the harbour activities. The bathroom includes a large soaker tub, heatlamp and locally made lotions. The private rooftop patio is a welcome addition to the condo. It has a comfortable sitting area, table and chairs to sit at for meals, gas barbeque, small fridge and an abundance of flowers and trees. Depending on the season, you can enjoy apples, cherries, strawberries or pick herbs to enhance your cooking. You will not tire of the views and because it is very private, it is easy to relax to read, nap or just collect your thoughts.

Historic Chinatown is steps away from the condo. Meander through Fantan Alley to learn about its significance. Enjoy a meal, buy fresh vegetables and fruit or browse through the many shops.
Galloping Goose Trail is adjacent to the condo. This is an extensive trail system on which you can walk, run, bike, cycle or ride a horse. It follows the old railway line.
Horse drawn carriages take you through the inner harbour past historic sites and places of interest. If you prefer, double decker busses are available to take you on sight seeing tours. The tours include trips to Butchart Gardens, wine tours and tours up island. The Harbour Island ferry can be caught at Mermaid Wharf. It takes you up the Gorge, Fisherman's Wharf and the Empress Hotel (to name a few).
The Royal BC Museum and IMAX theater is always worth a visit. It houses the human and natural history of BC and brings in exhibits from other countries.

About the owner: We love the coast and all that it offers. Even though we can't live there at this time, it never leaves us. We think our condo is in the perfect location to explore Victoria as well as to relax and to recharge. Because it is a gem of a place, we want to share it it with others. John is a construction superintendent and I just retired from teaching.
Why the Owner Chose Victoria: The first time we walked down Swift street to the condo, we knew we had found something special. We had a view of the water which became even better once we entered our unit. It is spacious, bright and from the living room, we can forget time as we watch the activity in the water.front. When we want to leave our tranquil environment, we can walk to restaurants, shopping and trails.
