The condo was very nice. It is located away from the boardwalk so the portion of the beach that the condo is located near is not as busy. It is nice. Joel was very good to work with and very responsive. We brought our 3 year old and it was great to have her own bedroom and she loved sitting on the deck and playing. There are a couple of things to be aware of, you cannot use a grill, it is located 3 stories up with no elevator, and the sliding door could use some work. Otherwise, It is well worth the money. I can't wait to go back again!

we enjoyed the closeness of the pool and the ocean. the condo was nice and laid out very well. we had a great visit. we would stay there again should our vacation take us back to myrtle beach! we felt it was quiet and serene yet close to everything myrtle has to offer!

We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach. Joel's condo is in a great location. The walk to the beach is short and the street you have to cross is not busy. We met some wonderful people at the condo pool...some renters, some owners. Our first trip to Myrtle Beach will certainly not be our last and we would definitely rent from Joel again!!

The beach is just a short walk out of the condo. No need to pack a lunch. You can see the ocean. The deck is nice and big for all to enjoy a cool drink or coffee in the morning sun. I liked the separation between the bedrooms. I would caution anyone with leg or heart issues. You must carry everything up 37 steps. However, the way the walkways are constructed, you can stop every 6 steps. Wouldn't keep me from renting again. Joel was excellent to work with. Looking forward to another trip to MB!

...well, about three minutes from walking. But great location. Where to begin? First of all, this condo has everything: do not take any sorts of kitchen utensils unless particular about it. Kitchen is already equipped with dishes, silverware, pizza sheets, cups, glasses, coffee maker, even some spices. No towels, so bring your own - unless you choose not to and have Joel provide them. There is a washer and dryer. My favorite was the guest bedroom, it has a memory foam mattress, plus the master bedroom was very close to street and traffic is hectic until maybe two a.m. and it was very close to a construction area. Also, be prepare to walk up 40 steps till the condo. Other than that, location is great, there are very many restaurants and you will not get bored when it comes to sightseeing and other amusement activities. Condo is clean and very handy, there are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, large living room with dining room and a patio where you can sit and sip morning coffee or tan. Wifi available and Joel is one phone call away and very helpful. Enjoy your vacation!!!

My girlfriend and myself decided on Joel's condo for our vacation and were very happy with our decision. The condo was very clean, spacious, full kitchen, and had a great view from the balcony. It was also a pleasure to do business with Joel, he was great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo!

I am so glad I stumbled upon this wonderful property. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very conveniently located. Restaurant Row and fun shopping areas are right there. Short drive to anywhere else you want to go explore (Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Broadway on the beach, etc.). And the property renter, Joel, was a very pleasant person to rent from. No surprises, everything was great. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away, from younger adults for a golf getaway or lust looking to relax all the way to families with young children or teens because there is something for everyone. I WILL be staying there again.

I would recommend renting from Joel, in fact, he will be the one I go to for my Myrtle Beach vacation each year! It was everything I expected. The advertisement was correct and the pictures were not deceiving, the condo looked exactly like the pictures.

We just got back home after spending a week in Myrtle Beach. Joel's condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. Nice and clean condo. Convenient access to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the main section. Close to many restaurants, shopping and other attractions.
