When you enter into your Downtown View Villa, the ultra-tall ceilings and stunning views from the Main Floor balcony welcome you home to your LA retreat. This floor has an open feel that is perfect for family and friend gatherings. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and an island that opens to the dining room with seating for eight and a living room with flat screen TV. The main level also contains a bathroom, guest bedroom, and laundry room.
On the top floor of this elite residence, you will find three bedrooms. The Master Suite has breathtakingly high ceilings, a private balcony with fantastic views of the Downtown LA Skyline, a large walk-in closet, and an ultra-relaxing remodeled bathroom. There is a queen-sized bed in the Junior Suite and two twins in the Guest Bedroom.
