"Amazing Place" with fantastic Gulf of Mexico views, is located in a classic beach setting, complete with white picket fences and sidewalks. Our house is nestled within a private community, beachside of 30-A, and is on a quiet, and quaint, cul-de-sac. We offer everything you could dream of for a memorable Florida vacation.
Located just steps (fifty yards) from Florida's most breathtaking beach, featuring soft, lush, white sand and crystal blue water. Additionally, located just twenty yards from our front door, is a heated community pool. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
"Amazing Place" is just two miles from the town of Seaside, and centered between Destin, and Panama City. The convenient thirteen-mile paved bike path, leads you to the area's neighboring beach communities and many amenities including: golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, fishing, water sport activities, and more. There are plenty of activities for all ages!
You will feel like you are right at home in this beautifully decorated house, built to accommodate your every need. There are four adult bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, a children's bunkroom, and a tower. There are three king-beds, one queen-bed, two extra long twins (bunks), one twin-bed with pull out trundle, and two sleeper sofas. The home can easily accomodate 14-16 people. All bedrooms include cable TV and either VCR or DVD. Additionally, there are multiple high-speed internet connections for your convenience.
The exterior of the home, features beautifully landscaped grounds, an inviting sitting area on the front porch, and an outdoor shower area with hot/cold water. There is parking for three cars.
The ground-floor features a gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, and granite counter tops. The kitchen opens up to a spacious dining room and living room with large TV, including VCR/DVD, and surround sound stereo system. An oversized bedroom with king-size bed, and full private bath, is also located on the main floor. Additionally, the main floor features a half bath, and screened-in porch, furnished to accommodate outdoor dining.
The second floor contains four bedrooms. There are two master suites with King size beds, each with their own private bathroom (one with Jacuzzi tub, the other with an oversized shower with dual shower heads). There is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bath, as well as, a uniquely designed kids room with extra-long bunk beds.
Enjoy the third floor loft/tower with its fantastic views, and fully equipped wetbar with granite countertops, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo system, indoor/outdoor speakers, and full private bath/shower, as the perfect location to entertain and enjoy stunning sunsets. You can also use the tower as an additional sleeping area, which can accommodate four with its twin-bed and pull-out trundle and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The best features of "Amazing Place" are the five beautiful decks located off of each bedroom and the gorgeous third floor/tower deck with its breathtaking views of the Gulf. Each deck is comfortably furnished to provide a relaxing place to kick back, take in a sunset, and enjoy this picturesque setting with your family and friends. You will not be disappointed in this wonderful vacation home!

10 adults and 8 children stayed for 1 week and we loved the short distance to the pool and beach but we were far enough away to not worry about little ones getting to water by themselves. It offered all that we needed in a pleasant beach experience and we would do it again.

We loved being so close to the heated pool. The walk to the beach was not too far. The house was comfortable, clean, and stylishly decorated. Our boys loved the bunk beds in the hall "closet". The parking was a little hard as people that weren't staying in the other homes were parking on the small street where the homes are.

Our extended family of 11 had a great time at Amazing Place. There's plenty of room for a large group like ours. The house is conveniently located next to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The interior is bright and beachy feeling...just what you want when you go to the beach...not overly foo foo...and not cheaply done. We loved the open floor plan with a nice kitchen, the big family room with plenty of seating for movie watching, and the large dining room table with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The crow's nest was perfect for cocktails at sunset. However, we would have liked the kitchen to be better stocked. For such a large house where large groups are expected we found there were not enough plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this great house. Very spacious well appointed home with lots of living space for a large family or group. It was only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Destin to shop and eat. The many balconies, screen porch and 3rd floor deck with a great view of the beach were enjoyed by all. With 4 of the bedrooms having their own private baths we had privacy from each other and the kids loved the 3rd floor living/sleeping area. We easily fit 10 adults and 5 kids comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!!
