Rest, relax and decompress at the lovely Southampton Village cottage, “Belle Fleure”. Set on one of the most desirable streets in the village, this unique property embraces you with the tranquil respite from the city you find yourself only dreaming about.
A charming village cape, Belle Fleure is set on a beautifully-maintained 1/3 acre, and furnished in a refreshing white color palette with lovely cotton textures throughout. This two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths (2/1 upstairs, 2/1 downstairs), comfortably sleeping 7. The fully-stocked kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you might need, and includes a pull-up counter so that you can mingle with your guests as you prepare that fabulous meal. The spacious deck on which to entertain, or just have your morning coffee, is conveniently located off the kitchen through a patio sliding door.
The property is surrounded by flowering hydrangeas of many varieties providing a colorful summertime backdrop. The tranquil private park-like backyard will captivate you with full and dappled sunlight thru its canopy of maple, Hawthorne and cherry trees standing majestically above as you laze in the hammock or dine alfresco on the spacious deck.
Take a romantic stroll across the property to emerge onto a fairytale lane of delightful neighboring cottages. Continue your stroll into the quaint Village of Southampton, a leisurely walk which should take no more than 10 minutes. Feed the ducks on Lake Aqawam or enjoy a summer’s evening concert on the green, a communal space with a children’s playground. Shop at the famed Hamptons boutiques, dine in style at one of the critically-acclaimed restaurants, or simply pick up fresh baguettes and cheese to take with you for a romantic seaside lunch, as you’ll be only minutes from Cooper Beach.
Culture abounds in the village as well—visit the Parrish Art Museum or one of the new art gallery openings, a summer art or antique fair at the Historical Society, or simply take in a movie at the local cinema. On Sunday mornings, the farmer’s market beckons with its baskets of fresh local produce. Biking options and paths abound, whether for a spin around the quaint village streets or long-distance rides to the hills of the North Sea and neighboring hamlets from Watermill to Montauk. The prime location of Belle Fleure puts all these Southampton amenities conveniently at your disposal.
A warm, inviting home, Belle Fleure awaits your visit to unwind and enjoy the serenity of lovely Southampton village, with all its wonderful cuisine, shopping and culture for which it is celebrated.

- The only problem with being at Belle Fleure is that you will have so many options to chose from during your holiday stay, you will run out of time. But then again, there is always the next visit. Be it the most glorious coastline ever, (Coopers Beach in Southampton named best in US in annual survey by Dr. Beach) bike riding in the North Sea hills, deep sea fishing off of Montauk, antiquing in Greenport, strolling some of the most beautiful and lively villages in all the Hamptons Hamlets, to visiting Artist's studios and gallery openings, viewing first run films or attending the Hamptons Film Festival in October, Wine tastings at several renowned vineyards just several miles distance, attending concerts on the village green, open air cinema, you name it, there is something for everyone....moreless

About: I have been a resident of Southampton Village for 17 years and love it. The natural beauty in the area is what drew me as a young girl. There were miles of ocean beaches and farms and bays with sailboats that fixed themselves into my watercolors for years. Biking has become a true passion of mine and I have miles of paths to choose from. Whether it be a meandering ride along Gin Lane or a ride in the soft hills of countless reserves, it is all delightful. The friendliness of the village and the artistic temperament of the communities of the Hamptons from gallery openings to the Hamptons Film Festival keep me active and creative. I am a voice over actress, a yoga instructor, a Quick Books pro. I love traveling and meeting new people. I love sharing my home and sharing all the wonderful aspects of life in the Hamptons
I fell in love with the Hamptons as a young girl, when I attended a sleep away camp in the northeast woods of Easthampton. As a college student, I revisited and stayed in Montauk for several weeks. It was always a place that contained magic for me. I returned whenever i could staying in the various hamlets for long weekends. When I was pregnant with my third child, we decided to search for a home for our family and low behold this home was presented. The rest is history.
