The kitchen, living room and master bedroom open to the pool and screened lanai. The villa is open and spacious with mediterranean touches.
The master bedroom is very open with a ensuite bathroom, a king size bed, walk in closet, dressers and antique Jacobean desk. This room also has its own flat TV and DVD player. Bedroom #2 has a double bed plenty of closet space with a sleeper sofa. Bedroom #3 is spacious with two twin size beds with trundle, and a large closet. This room also has a view of the bay. Bedroom #4/living room, has a sliding door open to the pool area. This room has a leather sleeper and chaise lounge and ensuite bathroom. We also provided 4 bikes for your pleasure. This house has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation.
The lanai and pool area has been updated with pavers and outdoor furnishing. There is also a private porch at the front of the house with great view of the water- a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset.
After an active day at the beach you can relax in your private pool and lounge on the Moroccan style chaise with a cold drink or grill your catch of the day.
