There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, one guest bedroom has two twin-beds with 32 inch TV and the other a queen bed with 40 inch TV. There is a state-of-the-art entertainment center in the spacious living room/dining room area, with 52 inch plasma HDTV and broadband internet access. The unit's furnishings are upscale and elegant with a "Tommy Bahama" motif.
The complex offers a beautiful Heated Pool with direct access to a Private Beach area with chairs. The location is walking distance to Siesta Village's shops, restaurants, and to a marina with access to water sports. You will have a memorable vacation in this fantastic vacation resort spot!

Wow! Not only was this place professionally decorated and well maintained, but it is in a prime location; top floor of the building, an extended 3 bedroom unit with a full gulf view steps away from the private beach and a short walk from the public beach...I couldn't have asked for anything better! The property manager was kind and personable, and always got back to me if I had any questions. A very memorable vacation to say the least, I recommend this unit to anyone and will definitely be returning!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo was very nice. However, it is noisy (you can hear garbage trucks while they are at the the complex) and for some reason, you can hear all the people that are talking, laughing, screaming, etc as they head to and from the beach. The main sidewalk of the complex goes by the side of the condo where the master bedroom is located. Even though you are 7 stories high, you can hear EVERY word, sound, voice, etc being made. Ok, unless you want to sleep late some days. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the response to my calls to the local person who was to come and fix the sliding glass door (in the master bedroom---it would not shut). He NEVER returned my calls (I made 3 of them). I finally called the owner and she did not call me back until 2 weeks after I left the property. Also, several window blinds were broken in the master bedroom---nothing major, but for the weekly rate I paid, I expected perfection. There was only one wine glass in the cabinets--again, would have expected more for the price we paid. Another disappointing feature was the master bath is NOT connected to the master bedroom....you have to walk down the hall to it. I will stay in Siesta Key again, but probably not in this unit.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Having a great time in the sunshine state. The unit was very clean and appears to have been recently updated. Between the amazing view, the recent updating, and the very helpful property manager I couldn't be happier. I would recomend this unit to anyone and everyone.

This apartment needs major work. It starts with a non-working doorbell, no water pressure, a long wait for hot water, decrepid furniture that is falling apart, no linens, 4 torn towels, light switches that don't work, vertical blinds that don't open and fall apart, a sliding door/window that is permanently open and noisy, etc. The owners sent untrained and unprepared persons to attempt some repairs. Did I mention the exploding light bulb in the hallway? This is NOT a penthouse apartment, it is just the 7th floor of an old building. It does have a nice ocean view. It is located in a heavily traffic area. There is constant noise from the waste pickup services and the roadway. See it before commiting - you will not have to pay anywhere near this price for a comparable unit. If you are willing to pay this $ keep looking.
