Regency Towers -2 bdrm/2bth -1st floor condo (sleeps7)
This fabulous condo directly faces the ocean and offers amazing views of the beach/pools. Watch the sunset from your patio/balcony, relax by the pools, grill out at the community area or grab a snack/drink at the pool-side tiki hut.
This condo is large, beautifully decorated and well taken care of. Fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, living area with 2 sofas and a flat screen tv/dvd, washer & dryer and 2 full bathrooms.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1st floor condo, at REGENCY TOWERS sleeps 7 people and is perfect for a family with children and/or the elderly. 1 bedroom has a King bed and full bathroom, the other bedroom has a Full bed & a Twin bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Area. The condo has free WiFi, several TVs and DVD in the living room. Equipped with a washer/dryer for your use. All bedding and towels provided.
Drive-up accessibility to the front door of this 1st floor condo makes it easy for unloading/loading of luggage, groceries, etc. The back patio sliding glass doors open from the large living area to the pool side, making it very easy to walk to the beach, watch the kids play at the pool, load beach chairs/coolers/toys to and from the beach...which is only steps away!
The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, a hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, 2 lighted tennis courts, an area to play basketball, shuffleboard courts, and exercise facilities. There are gas and charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use. This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at the snack shop by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Parking is free, and free RV and boat parking is also available.
Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominiums, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides and much more. Within a couple of miles you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. All activities, we believe, are reasonably priced....
