Dining room with soaring ceiling with skylight makes for pleasurable family dining or you might prefer to take advantage of the many nearby local restaurants.
For the boaters, we have a 10,000 lift, 10' wide with easy access to the main channels. There is a public launch ramp at the south end of the island. You can also rent from the local marinas.
