We are located in one of the best areas on Hilton Head. Crystal clear, warm, ocean water with beautiful beaches and white sand. The beach is a short distance away, an easy walk or about one minute by car. Queens Grant is located next to the Robert Trent Jones Golf course and George Fazio and a short distance to many others.
We have a lovely, decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath, ground floor villa in Queens Grant in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The villa is a very large end unit with a cathedral ceiling in the great room. The villa has been recently redecorated and the bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and beautiful new wood cabinets. Nicely landscaped patio great for outdoor dining.
Palmetto Dunes offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach, shopping, restaurants and any where else in Palmetto Dunes.
Palmetto Dunes has a world class tennis complex, 3 golf courses, 11 miles of waterway for paddling, more miles of paved bike paths, a general store, several fine restaurants, Hilton and Marriott hotels and easy access to 12 miles of broad Atlantic beaches.
There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twin bed in the second bedroom. We also have a sleeper sofa in the great room. Sleeps six comfortably. We also have a outside shower which is great when returning from the beach.
