This open, spacious 3 bedroom Coach Home is perfect for your winter retreat. The luxurious 2nd floor home has a lanai overlooking the lake and a beautifully landscaped garden, and is only a short walk from the subdivision's community pool.
The home looks brand new and is tastefully furnished and decorated with tile throughout the main rooms. There is a private entrance, with foyer and a two car garage. The superb kitchen features upgraded appliances, a gas stove, a breakfast bar and a casual dining area with table and chairs - and everything you need for cooking your favorite meal. The living/ family room is exceptionally spacious with wonderful light, and the home allows for easy entertaining.
The home will sleep up to eight people. The master bedroom has a king bed and enjoys a panoramic view of the lake. There are two walk-in closets. The master bathroom has two vanities, a soaking tub, and an extra large shower. The main guest bedroom contains a queen bed and french doors to a private patio. It shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom which features two matching bunk beds and a full video game/TV console for the younger generation. Entertainment is fully provided for with TV's in the family room, the master bedroom, and both guest bedrooms. WiFi internet service is in place. Beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas and beach toys and floats are at your disposal in the spacious double garage and the lanai features dining table and casual seating.
Fiddler's Creek Resort is an exclusive, gated, upscale, resort style community conveniently located between Naples to the north and west, and Marco Island to the south. Both areas include great dining, exciting entertainment, shopping and access to boating waters and sandy beaches. The community is beautifully landscaped and exquisitely maintained. At the guests' option, Membership privileges can be extended to seasonal residents for a one time transfer fee, irrespective of the length of stay. This is highly recommended to take advantage of the outstanding Fiddler's Creek amenities. There is an impressive clubhouse which boasts a full service spa and a state of the art fitness center (with spa/sauna) as well as three swimming pools with waterfalls, slides and a whirlpool spa. The Gator Grille poolside restaurant and bar overlooks the lake and a there is a more formal restaurant (Caxambas) open for dinner and Sunday brunch in the clubhouse. The award winning, Arthur Hills designed Fiddlers Creek 18 hole course has a full pro shop and complete practice facilities and guests also have the choice of the Rookery course. There are eleven tennis courts and an extensive golf and tennis program calendar.
