We LOVED our stay at this property. Having grown up vacationing in Stone Harbor and sadly selling our cottage after 52 years, it was wonderful to return. This house retains the old Stone Harbor charm while including many modern upgrades and conveniences. The screened in porch and deck were perfect for hosting a group for a barbecue. It was well-appointed so all we had to provide were the linens. We easily could walk to town and the beach. My entire family wants us to rent this property in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

This was a great house for our Girls’ Weekend. Our group of 8 has been coming to Stone Harbor for our weekend every year since 1998 and we had to find a new place this year. We loved the beach décor and the views from the deck. The kitchen has everything you might need. The location is convenient to town and the beach. We can’t wait to return!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Carol and Donna are sisters who have enjoyed the South Jersey shore towns their entire lives. Stone Harbor was always a favorite and is where Carol met her husband Jim, whose family owns a home in Stone Harbor. We recently realized our dream of purchasing a seashore home of our own and have decided to share it with others for the next couple of years. We hope you enjoy it!

This home has the old shorehouse charm with many updated amenities. We are enjoying the process of making it even better with fresh paint and carpet, while keeping the charm that attracted us to it in the first place.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
It is ideal because it has a large screened in porch to enjoy the breeze off the bay in the evenings and an oversized deck for sunning during the day. It is 3 blocks from the center of town and the beach. The living area is quite spacious and bedrooms are too. Lots of closets and dressers so unpack and enjoy yourselves. We've stocked the game closet for the kids so come on down and enjoy our hospitality!
