This executive business, family, and/or wedding retreat sits on a private point (seven-mile marker) overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks main channel and Gravois Arm. The remodeled home is two stories, with three bedrooms, and two baths.

The main living area contains a living room with fireplace and sofa sleeper (full size), dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, large family room overlooking the lake, two bedrooms (queen and full), full-size shower bath, and large deck with iron railings and outdoor furniture. The master suite resides on the lower level with a queen-size sleigh bed, twin sofa sleeper, full shower/tub bath, and outdoor rock patio with a gas grill. This private home comfortably sleeps six to nine.

Guest have access to a large outside deck that overlooks the lake. This deck is just off both the living room and family room. Guests also enjoy relaxing on the small rock patio that is directly off the master suite. Next to the waters's edge is a large rock/martini patio that is shared by the Crownview Villa and Casablanca Villa guests.

This patio has a rock picnic table and two sets of patio furniture. This area is ideal for watching passing boats and relaxing under the afternoon shade trees. Both the Casablanca Villa and Crownview Villa share a large, covered, swim dock with swim ladder, sun area, and patio furniture. The water off the dock is very deep and fishing is ideal anywhere on this lakefront property.
