Come stay in our beautiful WATERFRONT condominium at the Ledges Condominium Complex. We're located in the heart of Osage Beach, just three miles off Highway 54. By water, we're at the 20.5 mile marker on the breathtaking Lake of the Ozarks.
Our 2B/2B, waterfront cove condo is just seven steps from parking lot level. The master bedroom offers a queen size, pillow top bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, flat screen cable TV with DVD player, ceiling fan and a separate door to deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, flat screen cable TV with DVD player and ceiling fan. Both our bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers and 100% cotton towels. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, 42" flat screen cable TV with DVD, stereo, ceiling fan and high speed internet modem. The dining area offers seating for four at the counter and another four at the table. There is seating for four on the deck, additional chairs, gas grill, ceiling fan and pull-down sun shade.
Our condo has games, movies, books, and magazines. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need We have 10x30, covered, COVE PROTECTED boat slips with electric, which are conveniently located in the dock in front of this two bedroom cove condo.
The Ledges offers two pools, one on the point with a ten-mile view. The lake offers over 240 holes of golf, some courses within walking distance. We are a SHORT car ride to Big Surf Water Park, Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall with over 110 top name stores, a five-screen cinema, Ozark State Park, antique stores, and country sampler shops and boutiques. There are over 100 restaurants (many on or overlooking the water) that will satisfy any taste from gourmet to fast food. Take the car or boat to the lakefront nightlife.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, PARTIES(OF ANY TYPE) OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN OUR CONDO AT ANY TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS-PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
NO RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. NO EXCEPTIONS-PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT required within 7 days of reservation. Full balance due 21 days prior to arrival date.
Damage deposit of $200 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection/cleaning of condominium and return of all keys and parking permits.
Missouri State Sales & Lodging tax of 10.475% will be applied to all condo rental rates. Boat slip, damage deposit & cleaning fee's are not taxed.
$25 fee for NSF checks.
$50 fee(per permit) for non return of parking permit.Parking permits required during holiday periods only.
No refunds for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather or maintenance issues.
Quiet Hours 11:00PM-7:00AM strictly enforced by on-grounds security.
A complete list of condo/complex rules is located inside the condo. Non-compliance of rules (or evidence of such) will result in fines which will be deducted from your damage deposit refund.
