Come stay in one of our beautiful WATERFRONT condominiums at the Ledges Condominium Complex. We're located in the heart of Osage Beach, just three miles off Highway 54. By water, we're at the 20.5 mile marker on the breathtaking Lake of the Ozarks.


Our newly purchased 3B/2B, waterfront main channel view condo is GORGEOUS!! YOU'LL BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A NICER CONDO. From the flat screen TV's in all the rooms to the screened-in deck with an incredible view, you'll wish you could vacation here forever. The living room has a large sectional with two recliners and sleeper sofa, a 42" flat screen, cable, DVD, stereo, fireplace, sun shades, high speed internet modem and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 37" flat screen, cable, DVD, private bath, walk-in closet, 6' slider which goes out the the screened in deck, sun shades and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 20" flat screen, cable, DVD, room darkening privacy shade and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a 20" flat screen, cable, room darkening privacy shade and ceiling fan. Both our bathrooms are beautifully decorated, have wall mounted hair dryers and are stocked with 100% cotton towels. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
From the Corian counters, ceramic tile and oak cabinets, you'll wish you had this kitchen at home. There is seating at the table for four and another four at the bar. If your looking to eat outside, you'll love our screened-in, bug free, cafe' style deck. There's even a TV on the deck(May-Sep.) along with a Weber gas grill, extra chairs, and two ceiling fans.


Our 2B/2B, waterfront cove condo is just seven steps from parking lot level. The master bedroom offers a queen size, pillow top bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling fan and a separate door to deck overlooking the lake. The second bedroom offers two full-size beds, cable TV and ceiling fan. Both our bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers and 100% cotton towels. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, cable TV with VCR & DVD, stereo, ceiling fan and high speed internet modem. The dining area offers seating for four at the counter and another four at the table. There is seating for four at the pub style table on the deck, additional chairs, gas grill and ceiling fan.

Our 3B/2B, waterfront cove condo is just 14 steps from the 2B/2B. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private full bath, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, cable TV and 6' sliding door which goes out to the deck & offers a great view of the lake. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The third bedroom has two twin size beds. Both our bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers and 100% cotton towels. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The living room has cable TV with VCR & DVD, stereo, ceiling fan and high speed internet modem. The dining area has seating for three at the counter and six at the table. The walk-off deck makes this condo very convenient to the boat slips or fishing off the docks. There is seating for six at the table, a second small seating area outside the master bedroom slider, extra chairs, a gas grill and two ceiling fans.


All our condos have games, movies, books, and magazines. Our kitchens are fully stocked with everything you will need from an apple slicer to a waffle maker. We have both a 10X24 or 10x30, covered, COVE PROTECTED boat slips with electric, which can be seen from the deck of our two and three bedroom cove condos.

The Ledges offers two pools, one on the point with a ten-mile view. The lake offers over 240 holes of golf, some courses within walking distance. We are a SHORT car ride to Big Surf Water Park, Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall with over 110 top name stores, a five-screen cinema, Ozark State Park, antique stores, and country sampler shops and boutiques. There are over 100 restaurants (many on or overlooking the water) that will satisfy any taste from gourmet to fast food. Take the car or boat to the lakefront nightlife.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS, PARTIES OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN OUR CONDOS AT ANY TIME. NO EXCEPTIONS-PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

NO RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25. NO EXCEPTIONS-PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT required within 7 days of reservation. Full balance due 21 days prior to arrival date.

Damage deposit of $200 on all stays. Deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure after inspection/cleaning of condominium and return of all keys and parking permits.

Missouri State Sales & Lodging tax of 10.475% will be applied to all condo rental rates. Boat slip, damage deposit & cleaning fee's are not taxed.

$25 fee for NSF checks.

$50 fee(per permit) for non return of parking permit.

No refunds for late arrival, early departure, inclement weather or maintenance issues.

Quiet Hours 11:00PM-7:00AM strictly enforced by on-grounds security.

A complete list of condo/complex rules is located inside each condo. Non-compliance of rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your damage deposit refund.
