The unit offers a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. There are huge windows for natural light and custom hardwood floors throughout. The condo has an over sized, front-load washer / dryer, 60' High Definition Flat Screen Television in the living room, HD Cable, Blu-ray HD DVD player, and high end audio equipment with 5.1 surround sound. The bedrooms each have a 50' High Definition Flat Screen Television with HD Cable and huge King Beds. The bathrooms feature custom tile showers with rain shower heads and hand held body showers. There is also a 1200 square foot deck on the roof of the building with amazing views, lounge chairs, outdoor dining tables and gas grills!

About the owner: I moved to Savannah in the summer of 2002 to take a position as a Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the scenery, convenience, and nightlife. I got into renovating / building properties in my spare time in the heart of Savannah's Historic District over the past ten years. I have wanted to buy this building for the past five years. It's in the perfect location in the center of the historic district. Finally, we were able to get the financing to purchase and renovate this property in the summer of 2012.
