Split floorplan (master to one side of home) 2100 sq ft ranch heated pool home on golf course in gated community, TOTALLY renovated September 2012. King bed master en-suite with new bathroom, open kitchen, living, dining, breakfast areas. Second bedroom queen bed, third bedroom two twins. Fourth bedroom with one twin day bed. House is fully furnished with linens, towels & cleaning service at the end of your stay. Fully furnished new kitchen with new appliances. Just bring your swim suit & play golf in your back yard at very reasonable rates (Food is great at the clubhouse by the way!) Cable TV in two rooms & wirless internet in every room & poolside provided at no extra charge. New solar heated pool & screened Lanai was completed December 2012. 6 Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella & 7 beach towels included. Rates will vary depending on events, season & time of rental - weekly & up to 3 months available.
