We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is all newly renovated and tastefully decorated as the pictures show. It is definitely the best 'stocked' condo we have ever rented. I had everything I could want for cooking in the beautiful kitchen. And everything was new - not recycled from home or a second-hand store. Everything was of good quality right down to the towels and sheets. As there were 5 of us, the guest room trundle beds worked out really well. My kids loved the beach stuff and I appreciated not having to bring sand toys/chairs/beach towels from home. We loved the pool, which was HEATED, very well maintained (spotless in fact!) and in the sun all day. It was also centrally located for shopping - 5 minutes drive to everything. We discovered beautiful beaches, a Children's Museum, a fantastic children's playground, great shopping and restaurants only a few minutes drive away. The complex is quite large so we expected a crowded pool, but there were many times that we had it all to ourselves. The owners were very easy to deal with and professional right from the start. They answered all of our questions (even the dumb ones...how do you work this remote? ) and were easy to contact.They let us pay by email transfer and promptly returned out security deposit the same way. We felt very secure dealing with them. THANKS SO MUCH FOR A GREAT VACATION!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Emerald Woods:
In 2008, we had the opportunity to spend a month in Naples and we really enjoyed the area. Last time we were a bit further from the beach and spent a lot of time stuck in traffic. When we purchased, we made sure to buy in a great area close to everything and near the water!
