Very nearby are boat and jet-ski rentals, restaurants, Sombrero Beach, and Bahia Honda State Park, voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. Only 30 minutes to Key West and just a short distance to Looe Key reef, one of the best diving areas in North America.
This fabulous home is located on a deep water canal that is great for swimming. The property has a 75-foot seawall with up-to-date bumpers, a fish cleaning station, and an outside fresh water shower. Our 1760-square-foot home has central air and a tiled southern exposure screened porch, a large and open dining and living area, as well as a modern kitchen with top of the line stainless appliances and beautiful natural maple cabinets. The master suite, decorated in brand new wicker furniture, includes a king-size bed, a custom two-person tiled shower, and a his and her vanity. There are ceiling fans throughout the home and a fenced yard that is perfect for wandering children and security.
Anything that is associated with the ocean is within easy reach. Strike Zone Charters is within walking distance of the house for your diving, snorkeling, and charter fishing needs. One of the few groceries in the Lower Keys is within one mile. A perfect day is tying up to the reef at Looe Key and diving or snorkeling and then having a picnic lunch on the water.
