This condo was in excellent shape for our 4-day stay. The furniture was comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, and the location is great. Nice view of the mountain. Large ski locker on the main level (comes with a lock and key) was a nice way to keep our dripping gear close by, but not too close. Parking garage is great--plenty of spaces available. Luggage carts were available for hauling stuff up and down on the elevator. I think we paid extra for the garage but it was certainly needed. There were a few minor tweaks that could use addressing and we gave a list of these to the owners who seem very interested in making the unit as comfortable as they can for their guests. We would certainly rent from them again. The price difference in staying at these condos just across the road from the Zephyr Lodge was worth the extra few paces and we have two young children. Now, if only we can find a solid restaurant in WP....

We had a fabulous stay in Winter Park and this condo was perfect for our trip. We are a family of four and the two bedroom/ 2 bath was great. The owners are great to work with, very responsive to emails and great instructions/directions. The unit was clean, comfortable and a great location.. We would definite stay here again!

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children ages 14,12,12 and stayed at this property between December 17 and February 7. We would like to thank the owners Jeff and Annette for giving us a fantastic VRBO experience. All our correspondence and questions via email were conducted efficiently and without delay. The entire transaction was clean and simple. Our expectations were exceeded in every way and we returned to Australia with fond memories and a desire to return. The property and its location was exactly as described and we were never disappointed. There were no difficulties with location access (great for skiers including kids who ski), The building was safe, secure and well maintained. The unit was clean, well maintained, warm, quiet and spacious with a view to the mountain. Everything worked for us. We appreciated the laundry facilities in the unit. This was a plus as many properties have shared laundry - even Zephyr. It is our strong opinion that there are no disadvantages in staying at this property compared to the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. It suits a family who desires privacy, easy access to town and to the mountain. Having never visited Colorado and Winter Park before, Jeff and Annette were welcoming. They invited us out for Pizza and we skied together on some days. They loaned us their parking permit so we could park our rental vehicle undercover. We had a short period when we went to Vegas for Christmas and Jeff and Annette looked after our luggage/skis which we did not need while in Vegas. We had some UPS/FedEx deliveries and received all of them via the property management office. This is where we went to when we locked ourselves out one day and we given hassle free assistance Winter Park resort and town is a fantastic location - great skiing, excellent ski school, helpful mountain management, nice town with a wonderfully quiet ambience. Christy's sports always provide excellent ski gear service, great local restaurants, tubing, Safeway for those who are self catering - we did! - with Annette's Safeway card. Movie cinema, bowling, water slide, gym, ice skating. A vehicle is not really required. We were able to access all the above without a car as the resort has an efficient shuttle service which will drop off outside this property. We had a vehicle so we could drive to Steamboat and other resorts. We are planning to return to Winter Park and to this property next winter.

My husband and I went up for a weekend and enjoyed staying in this condo. The layout was great with two bedrooms and two full baths. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. We have a 9 month old so with a stroller and play yard we had plenty of room. Loved the deck too! We would definitely stay here again.

About the owner: Jeff and Annette Pilkington grew up in Iowa, traveling to Colorado for ski trips with their families. We now live in Golden, CO and enjoy skiing with our four children who participate in the Freestyle Ski Team and serve as Jr. Ski Patrollers at Winter Park.
Why the Owner Chose Fraser Crossing:
We purchased this property so that our family could enjoy time together in the mountains skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. We love to get away from it all and this is the perfect place for us to do that.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We fell in love with this place standing out on the deck viewing the mountains and soaking in the afternoon sunshine. The peacefulness of the balcony on a high floor of the building gave us a feeling of serenity. We also enjoyed viewing the goings on of the amenity deck and knew that we would enjoy using the hot tub, the deck lounge chairs, grill and dining tables.
