Located steps from 'City Market' and Paula Deen’s famous 'The Lady & Sons' restaurant, this condo is also within short walking distance of SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) and historic River Street. There is a private garage in the building for your cars and an elevator to take you from the garage to the condos. These eight condos can be combined through double sided / double width doors two create two 5000 square foot condos, four 2500 square foot condos or any combination you'd like. There are 18 bedrooms (each with a king bed), 18 full bathrooms, massive open areas for entertaining, 8 dinning tables that can be combined to seat two parties of 26, 8 very comfortable sleeper sofas, and 8 leather couches. The 18 bedrooms each have a 50' High Definition Flat Screen Television with HD Satellite TV and huge King Beds. The bathrooms feature custom tile showers with rain shower heads and hand held body showers. There is also a huge deck on the roof of the building with amazing views, lounge chairs, outdoor dinning tables, and gas grills!

My fiance (husband since Saturday :)) and I rented few of the units for family and friends that were in town for our wedding. The condos are large, beautiful, and comfortable. Plus they all connect with double sided doors, so it’s like having the whole group staying together. The space is nicer and more spacious than the pictures show. All furniture, appliances, and fixtures are brand new. The whole building from garage, to condos, to rooftop is very clean and welcoming. The building is conveniently located in the center of Savannah’s Historic District. Highly Recommend It!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I moved to Savannah in the summer of 2002 to take a position as a Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the scenery, convenience, and nightlife. I got into renovating / building properties in my spare time in the heart of Savannah's Historic District over the past ten years. Why the Owner Chose Savannah:
I have wanted to buy this building for the past five years. It's in the perfect location in the center of the historic district. Finally, we were able to get the financing to purchase and renovate this property in the summer of 2012. We got to design and build it from scratch.

The combination of a parking garage in the building, cement - steel - brick construction, and a huge roof top deck makes this building unlike any other vacation rental in Savannah! This really is the best VRBO property in all of Savannah.
