  The pictures discribe the place to its best! Annie welcomed us with great hospitality and gave us a tour around the penhouse and the amenities of the Condo itself. Everything was spotless! I stayed at the sub Penhouse from March 21, 2013 to the 28th of March with my family of 7 including 2 children and must say it was the perfect place for us. Luxurious and fully equip condo...quality linen and towels. Beautiful views of the beach in the early morning and evening sunset.The Rooftop deck was a plus...enjoyed a private sunset on our last night with some music and tropical drinks. The Condo is in a great location. Everything you need is of walking distant; The beach (jetski, banana boats rentals, local venders from homemade food to jewelry), restuarants/bars (some of my favorates was La Casita and The Third Base), Walgreens (open 24 hrs), casinos local buses,etc. Would highly recommend this place! Can't wait for another stay :)

  This rental apartment was more than we expected. Our group was made up of eight women and everyone loved it. The rooms are spacious, well lit and comfortable. Every item in the place was brand new...dishes, furniture, beds, towels etc. The location was prefect since we wanted to see everything we could in one week. The security was excellent with many gates and locked doors. As soon as we landed, Annie was there with the keys and a tour of the building. Her pride of ownership was evident. If you are considering a vacation in Puerto Rico, you must reserve your stay at this rental. The people are friendly and the island is a paradise. When do you ever get 8 women to agree on anything? We ALL loved it. Book it soon... I will be sharing this information with a friend who owns a travel agency!

  We stayed at Annie's beautiful condo from March 6-13, 2013. It was a dream! The condo is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. It was larger than we expected. We had 8 adults and slept comfortably. The condo had everything we needed- beach and bathroom towels, fully stocked kitchen, wifi, 2 pools, a gym, and tvs in every room with Dish (not that we watched it much!). The condo was immaculate. The beach is across the street and was very clean (no sand fleas). The sound of ocean waves put us to sleep at night. There were many great restaurants, bars, places to dance and a casino in walking distance. Cab rides to San Juan and Condado were $4 per person. We cabbed to the rain forest, Luquillo Beach, and Fajardo for day trips, although there is a car rental place across the street from the condo if you'd rather drive yourself. The location of this condo was perfect for us- in between all of the hot spots we wanted to hit but not as crowed as San Juan. Annie was very kind, and provided a list of best restaurants and things to do in the area. Thank you, Annie! We'll be back!

  We stayed at this apartment from Feb 17-24, 2013. The location was perfect for us. A few steps away from the beach, and down the street from the casinos and bars for night life and restaurants. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The view is awesome and windows all around this apartment made it light and airy. We didn't have to rent a car except for the day we travelled around the island. We were able to cab it fom the airport and thn walk to the grocery store and a wide selection of restaurants. We took one bus ride to Old San Juan. The apartment also came with four beach chairs which were the best I have ever used..Tommy Bahama chairs. Annie was a pleasure to deal with and was most available if we needed anything. We would definitely rent again. The only caution is that this apartment is on a busy street and at certain times of the day it can be noisy...but the proximity to the beach, restaurants and night life made up for it.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  We were more than pleased with our stay in this beautiful, modern and spacious condo! The owner has thought of everything to make your time in this property very comfortable including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, games, shampoos, soaps and all the cooking utensils and dishes you could want. The view is spectacular and the location is perfect. We loved spending time on the balcony watching the ocean, plus its just a few steps to the beach when you want to go there. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. Towels were luxurious and not the small thin kind hotels provide. We were a group of three couples and the condo met our needs perfectly. Annie was a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend this condo enough. This is by far the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!! Thanks Annie!

  Annie was a joy to work with and very responsive. Have no "landlord fears" with her! Her apartment is beautiful, and is in a great location, just one building away from the beach. The kitchen is a dream, and everything was well equipped with up scale provisions: quality dishes, plenty of soft plush towels, high count sheets, quality shampoo and conditioner, huge new beach towels etc. We had a much too short time in PR and I wish we could have had days to lounge more "at home". Breakfast on the patio with brisk breezes and a good book is one of my vacation highlights. The apartment is just as described and pictured. It is spotless and all very up scale. The rooms are very spacious, gorgeously decorated, and the master bath bigger than my daughters bedroom at home! (The tub is a soaking tub. Didn't use it but did not see jets, so not whirlpool. But there is a bidet in the master toilet room!) The building pool was empty our first 2 days, and too small and cold to be worth it. The jacuzzi on the roof of the building was also not heated (we looked extensively for a heat switch, and only found the jets.) so just too cold to use, but we were too busy with day trips all over PR to be too disappointed. I would not recommend this apartment for small kids (too many worries such as white leather couches, and small pool all 4 ft.) but for grown families such as ours it was perfect. We vacation all over the world and have done many apartment and home rentals and all agree we want to come back here! one other note: parking and the building felt very safe and secure. It might be difficult to park an SUV in the parking space (covered, walled, assigned parking) due to other close spaces limiting turning.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

It is true that neither the pool or rooftop jacuzzi are heated, at this time of the year it can be cold. From March on it is a lot warmer. I do not have control of this, since it is common property of the building, but will suggest that we install a heater, once the residents assume control of the building, which is still in hands of the developer. As for the parking I would not be concerned, since the parking is rarely used, most residents don't live at the building, they use it sometimes on weekends. The sectional sofa is actually upholstered in the faux leather used for boat decorations, which is pretty much child proof!! I hope to see you again at Maxim!! Best, Annie

  It's always a little nerve-racking renting vacation housing via the Internet, but this owner (Annie) truly makes the process as painless as possible. Communication was speedy, detailed, and (as we discovered during our stay) absolutely accurate. This new condo was everything the owner stated it would be. The clear view of the beach from the spacious balcony was so inviting that I hardly went inside except to eat and sleep. The tastefully furnished interior is also beautiful, however, and others in our party were more than content to lounge in the family room playing provided games when not inclined to venture into the neighborhood where fast food and local eateries abound. If you're looking for a good value in San Juan, look no further. This place has it all. Peter
