This newly redecorated 4th floor Brookside unit in Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club is the perfect winter/vacation getaway.
Our unit is fully furnished. All you need to bring is your clothes, your golf clubs and your tennis racquets. Use the elevator or the stairs from your convenient covered parking space.
This non-smoking, no pet condo is located in Cedar Hammock; a 24 hour guarded and gated community, with a Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course that is lady friendly or as tough as you might like it to be.
Cedar Hammock has a newly expanded clubhouse, with a casual eatery (scheduled to open in October 2011). There is even talk about having a delivery service for the casual eatery. It is located just minutes from downtown Naples, yet over 50% of it is still a natural preserve. Play tennis on our 4 Har-Tru lighted courts, workout at the health club with a full time fitness instructor, join one of the many activities, there is mahjong, euchre, canasta, bridge, book clubs, etc….what we usually find, is that there are so many things to do, that you just can’t do them all. The clubhouse has a large swimming pool, with a hot tub and snack bar, but we prefer the pool right next to our building, a little smaller but just a few feet away.
And I would be remiss, if I didn’t mention that we have one of the best chefs in Naples!
Master bedroom, has a king size bed with a master bath attached. The second bedroom has two single beds, a desk, with a private bath. The living room, dining room and kitchen are bright, and the lanai is a wonderful place to relax with your morning cup of coffee, while you watch the golfers attempt to par the #1 handicap hole, or watch the eagles soar.
Cedar Hammock is just minutes from downtown Naples and Marco Island. It is close to shopping, beaches, world class restaurants, the Naples Philharmonic center, the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall.
This condo is so comfortable you could spend the whole day inside relaxing, but with all of these wonderful things to do at Cedar Hammock, the decisions there are plenty of things to do at Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club in Naples Fl.
There is no limit to what you can do in the Naples.

Mark and KC are not far wrong when they advertise this unit as the best in Cedar Hammock. We have rented their condo for the last five years for four months each year during the winter (January through April) . Looked at many condos in this complex and rented others, but this one is , in fact, the best we have seen. Their condo is a third floor end unit with a southern facing lanai which gives lots of light with no noise from above and has a beautiful golf course view of the second hole. Nice furnishings including a great recliner. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Owners live on site and have often responded in less than 10 minutes to every request. No disappointments with this one . Book early as the good ones go fast. Would be happy to talk with any potential renters.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
