  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home lived up to the photos on line. It was a perfect spot in a nice neighborhood. The home was very clean and had all of the amenities for a great vacation. We will absolutely come back to this home again in the future.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 1-week vacation staying in this home. We were close enough to walk to the park and Palm Springs drive. There were many attractions within a 30 minute drive: Cabazon outlet shopping, Joshua Tree National Park, The Tram, shopping at El Paseo. We loved everything about the house, including it's decor and it was very clean. We had trouble heating the pool initially and the pool maintenance man was very responsive and helfpul. One area for improvement would be the heating system. At night it did cool down and we found it difficult to get the heat to maintain a reasonable temperature. It was either off or on (and very warm). Otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

So much better than a hotel.

Great location with short drive to airport and DT Palm Springs. Quiet residential street. Home has private back yard with nice outdoor dining area and pool.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THe house was excellent: handsome, well kept and well located. We would recommend it and Acme, but there were a few important shortfalls. First, the water heater was not working on the evening we arrived, and no one at the "emergency" number ever answered the phone until the next day. The repair man was excellent and patient, but the repair manager was abrupt and unfriendly. There was trouble with the heater a second time, with the same result: no call or answer from repair manager, but repair man was excellent (we kept his phone number and called him directly). Also, airplane noise is present during the day, due to airport proximity. Not terrible, but annoying. Otherwise, house was lovely, and rental agent was very helpful. We would recommend the house and Acme, but repair manager and "emergency" response need improvement.
