This Beach home is only six houses from the beach: Less than 100 steps to the sand. The balcony which is a favorite place for barbecuing and entertaining has a great oceanview as well a perfect place to people watch. The patio is equipped with a large new Weber Gas Barbecue.
The home is spread out on three floors, each with its own bedroom and bathroom. The first floor has a large bedroom and brand new tiled bathroom with an oversized heated Jacuzzi bathtub. The first floor living room has recently been re-modeled which has a newly tiled floor. A new hardwood staircase brings you to the second floor dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, and the master bedroom.
The entire floor is hardwood with beautiful area rugs throughout. The sky-lighted third level has a large bedroom and a separate office area that has a day bed in it as well. The house has a Garage and street parking so there is never a problem to find a place to park.
