2 BEDROOM HOMES: $1200/3 night & $1850/week (3 Night Minimum)
4 BEDROOM HOMES: $1500/3 night & $2250/week (3 Night Minimum)
Cleaning Fee is $125 for 2 Bedroom Homes, & $150 for 4 Bedroom Homes.
50% deposit by mailed check with rental agreement. Balance due 30 days prior.
OTHER LUXURY HOMES AVAILABLE!  Call for rates on longer stays!
Credit card required to make reservation.
Cancellations more than 30 days from arrival are refunded less $50.
Cancellations within 30 days will only be refunded if similar dates are rebooked.
