This large, three bedroom unit in Tower 4:1504, is 2506 sq. ft. of pure luxury! The large wrap around balcony allows full views of the Gulf of Mexico, the bay, and Florida's National Seashore. This condo is professionally decorated and gives a modern and relaxed feel. A king in the master bedroom, a another queen in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Flat screen TVs and bathrooms in each room, make it very comfortable. The unit amenities include TV, DVD, whirlpool tub, washer and dryer, BBQ grill, flatware, and linens.

Thanks so much for recommending this unit to us. We had such a great time as a family, enjoyed some time at the pool and some time at the beach picking up seashells. We really enjoyed the time that we spent in the unit just hanging out together as a family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook each night while the kids played the games left in the condo. We grilled steaks on the patio, boiled shrimp, potatoes, and corn and even steamed lobsters bought fresh from Joe Patti's Seafood. One of the great things was the alone time on the patio in the early mornings, just enjoying the Sunrise with a great cup of coffee. What a great view, we could easily see the bay, the gulf, and the main pool area from our patio. We had such a great time we plan to be back next year in the same unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hi Michelle, Well we are almost all ready to go, will leave early Saturday, probably by 7:00 AM. Have had a wonderful time at this lovely place. And the weather finally got to be perfect. Bill's son and wife and my brother visited us over the time and all really loved the place. You asked me to let you know of any kitchen items that may be needed so I thought I'd suggest a couple. Basically the kitchen is equipped very well, but a microwave/oven casserole with lid and 8 or 9 inch square cake pan and maybe cupcake tins would be really helpful. Also wanted to tell you that the iron leaks water badly. Otherwise it works, but can't use steam. Bill mentioned a small chair in the master bedroom would be helpful since the bed is so high. But as I said basically the whole place is very well equipped, furnished beautifully and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the grill and we did clean it before and after use.
