This three-bedroom villa/townhouse is located in the heart of South Forest Beach where you can easily find everything you desire. Miles of beautiful beach are just a short walk away. As well, nearby Coligny Square offers a multitude of places to shop and dine including numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, clothing and souvenir shops, bakery/coffee shops, an ice cream parlour and even a hardware store. No need to get in the car because all of this is within easy walking distance. Bike rentals (to enjoy the miles and miles of connected bike trails), mini-putt and various other services are also available nearby. Just down the road, even closer to the unit, is another small plaza which has a great grocery store and other various restaurants and shops.
There is an abundance of stunning world-class golf courses located within easy driving distance. Tennis is also available at the nearby Pete Vandermere Fitness & Racquet Club.
If you are looking for an incredible outlet shopping experience, the Tanger Outlet Center is the place to go – you name the store and it is probably there.
The main level of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all dishes and appliances necessary to make your stay comfortable. There is a washing machine and dryer located just off the kitchen. The dining area will seat four comfortably and a breakfast bar is also attached to the kitchen. In the living area you will find comfortable seating including a sofa bed. There is a large flat screen TV with high definition cable and a DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit.
The master bedroom is also located on the main level, featuring a king-sized bed and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full three-piece bathroom. The bedroom also has access to the patio through sliding glass doors.
The other two bedrooms located on the second floor are both equipped with two twin beds. The rear bedroom has a balcony overlooking the patio as well as a flat screen TV. The front bedroom is equipped with an i-pod dock. Both bedrooms adjoin a 3-piece bath (the shower /toilet area and sink/vanity area are separated by a door).
Through the sliding glass doors from the living room, you enter a large private patio equipped with table, chairs and a gas grill.
Just a few steps away, bordered by flowering landscaped area is a central pool complete with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.

We had a great vacation and plenty of space for our crew. It was very accessible to many things and we did not mind the walk to the beach at all. The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked it upon arrival. The rental office staff was very helpful and accommodating.i would recommend this property.
