We visited this lovely property over spring break and really enjoyed it. Everything was immaculate when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots, and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, Keurig machine, crock pot, etc.). My family loved the pool, especially the hot tub, after a day of winter fun. Everything was fresh, clean, and very well-maintained. Jeff was very easy to work with and we appreciated the lift tickets and coupon for a free lesson at the resort. We loved everything about our stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Rented this unit from Jeff and his wife. Beautiful unit and within walking to Lift for Ski Grandby. Unit is furnished very nicely and has up-to-date appliances and furniture. We had 6 in our party and it was just perfect for our stay. Centrally located and close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommended if you are considering this area.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed at this unit over the New Year's holiday, and had a wonderful time. The unit is very clean, roomy, and well appointed. The photos on the website do not do it justice. All of the rooms have comfortable beds, and there is plenty of room to spread out. It's just a short 2 minute drive down the hill to the Granby Ranch ski area and pool/hot tub, or you can take the free shuttle. We found it to be a very convenient location for skiing at Granby Ranch (formerly Sol Vista). The owners were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

After coming to the mountains for several years we decided to make this our permanent home. We currently live in Granby Ranch and because of that have put this property up for rental. We want other families to experience the joy of a mountain vacation at reasonable prices.
