Newer condo complex. Very quiet, non party atmosphere. This unit is on the top floor, with cathedral ceilings, 180 degree view of the ocean, and a screened porch overlooking the ocean. It is a beautifully decorated, 1400 square foot Condo with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, with master bath having a garden tub and separate shower. Plantation shutters are used throughout the Condo. Private single car garage included. Sunset views from the kitchen overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Remote control fans are located in every room. The complex has a heated pool, beautifully landscaped grounds and, of course, elevator to get you to your top floor destination.
The intracoastal waterway with boat ramp and fishing piers is a mile away. This spot also starts a fantastic 30 mile loop of saltmarsh/river backroads for bicycles, kayaks, motorcycles or whatever you like. There are many wonderful parks very close by but too many to list. The beach is a no driving but dog and adult beverage friendly. There is a 3 mile stretch of undeveloped beach 5 minutes from the unit. Perfect for those "long walks on the beach" or moonlite walks as well. 20 minutes from Daytona Beach, 45 minutes to St. Augustine and less than 2 hours from all Orlando theme parks. Many golf courses close by as well as shopping and great oceanfront resturants.
I have compiled a detailed list of many activities to do and sights to see in and around Flagler Beach. Nothing is more than an hour drive except all the Orlando theme parks.

We just recently had our 4th stay at this condo. We got to go this year in June and September, We love Flagler Beach! There is no other place like it and this condo is the greatest I have ever stayed at. When you get off I-95 South and make that turn to the beach, it is like you are leaving the rest of the world behind. We love that Flagler Beach is a small town and not a "tourist trap" like so many beaches. The condo has everything you need. I can't recommend staying here enough...we can't wait to go back!

This place is great. Perfect views over the Atlantic. Large rooms. Fully stocked with everything you need with only 1 exception, no hairdryer! This complex was not busy and we were told we were there in high season. A lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Beautiful clean beach which is easily accessible across the road and a small bridge over the dunes. The condo owner has beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, buckets & spades) in the garage. Downtown Flagler Beach is a little old but has a couple of great restaurants that we tried - Flagler Fish Company and the Fisherman's Net. Also several really nice gift shops to browse. We had to contact the owner about one item and he was very quick to respond. Daytona Beach is only about 30 mins south of Flagler Beach.

We found this location so nice and laid back. Not a huge complex and was not at all crowded. The beach is wonderful with lots of privacy and long walks with no CONDO'S to stare at! The rates were exceptional compared to other locations.

Flager is a wonderful beach with no driving and you can have an adult beverage if you like. We loved the grounds, pool and it is close to everything you need. There is a great bicycle path on the beach and the 3 mile stretch of undeveloped beach jusrt a few hundred yards south of the unit. It was like you were on a private island! We'll be back, the prices were great too.

Greetings, This condo is a great way to enjoy the sights and sounds of Flagler Beach. There is an awesome view of the ocean from the balcony as well as a spectacular view of the intracoastal from the front. The condo is immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The furnishings are comfortable with all the ammenities of home. The bedrooms are light and airy with the master suite overlooking the ocean. By far, this is the nicest condo on the beach. Enjoy!
