About the owner: Our little dog Allie is our beloved mascot. She loves riding on the golf cart when I show the property. We live on the property adjacent to Sweethome Place and are hands-on Owners taking special care of our Vacation, Business, and relocation Rental. We have been in this area for over 20 years and love living in this peaceful valley.
Why the Owner Chose Chapmansboro:
We love the area here and own 3 pieces of property on Sweethome Road. All the neighbors in this little valley have become like a family. We chose to build our final home out here because of the beauty and tranquility that it offers, as well as the friendly people. There is an abundance of birds, deer, and other small wildlife that we enjoy watching. The entire southern side of our home is all windows which is like a new canvas of beauty to observe each morning that I arise and drink my coffee. This canvas rotates and renews each spring, fall, summer and winter for the viewer to see.

Sweethome Place offers a cozy chalet like interior with lots of stone, brick, and western cedar. It has the feel of just what your were looking for in a home away from home. You might want to just kick back in the recliner in front of a cozy little fire with a hot cup of chocolate, tea, or wine. Or, you may want to venture out and visit all the many sights and attractions in our area. Either way, if you want to cook up your own gourmet meal, you may do so in your fully equipped kitchen or go out for a fine dining experience.
