This three-bedroom, three-bath, 2400-square-foot, ocean view house is located in the Bajamar Golf Resort. The Bajamar Resort is one of the most ambitious planned communities in northwestern Mexico. Located just north of Ensenada and an easy 45-minute drive south of San Diego, this beautiful, ocean-oriented resort is an unparalleled, Baja, vacation destination.
Situated atop a bluff on three miles of unspoiled Baja California coastline, the development comprises about 1750 acres of unspoiled terrain, where clear skies, starry nights, and beautiful ocean vistas delight residents and visitors alike.
The Bajamar golf course has often been referred to as the "Pebble Beach" of Mexico. It has three 9-hole golf courses and all have good ocean views. Two courses are along the bluff and Bajamar housing community and one nine-hole course is built on the tide pools directly below the bluffs along the ocean coastline.
The Bajamar Golf Resort is a gated community with 24/7 security. No other vacation resort in northern Baja can compare. The resort is surrounded and filled with native cactus, grasses, and plants. A hotel, restaurant, and bar complement the local amenities.
The house has panoramic views from nearly every room. Two large balconies complement the many windows; one faces the ocean and one faces towards the mountains. High vaulted ceilings for the entire second floor provide a sense of wide open space and light. There are approximately 2400 square feet of living space. The three bedrooms (with a total of four beds) are spacious and tastefully decorated and equipped. The large kitchen is equipped with modern/new appliances and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes for a large party. The living room features a large open open area with partial views of the golf course and ocean. A 27 inch TV with satellite TV and DVD are available as well. The house is located only about a block away from the pool and within walking distance to the Bajamar Hotel and bar.
Bajamar is not only appealing for its seclusion, tranquility, and security but also for its strategic location to many tourist areas in Northern Baja California. If you simply want to get away from the hectic everyday pace and just relax in a peaceful setting, this is the place for you. You can play golf, enjoy the swimming pools, take walks (several miles of walking trails along the shore-line and the Bajamar resort), take a bicycle ride, read a book, or simply just relax and enjoy the ocean views! However, if you want rest but also want to enjoy the Mexican culture and visit the most imporatant places in the area, this is an ideal location for "base camp". Rosarito, Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo, Puerto Salina, and the famous wine Valley (Guadalupe Valley) are within a short distance.

We enjoyed a nice vacation during Thanksgiving week. The house is in a gated community with 24-hour security. There are nice walking paths, tennis courts, golf, swimming pool and various ammenities nearby. The entire process of reserving the home was effortless and the owner was professional in our email exchanges. This is the second time we have stayed in the house and have found it to be a nice getaway from Los Angeles. We recommend it.

We enjoyed very much our stay at Casa Alexssa....we liked the functionality, cleanliness and comfort of the house and we loved the ocean views at sunset! It’s location is very convenient if you attend concerts or tour the wine tasting area of “Ruta del Vino” not to mention the opportunity to play the 27 holes at Bajamar golf club or having a romantic dinner in one of Ensenada's best restaurants. Diego was very helpful & totally professional and honest to deal with. We’re looking forward to visit Casa Alexssa again and again in the future!

Exceptional property, very clean and well maintained and great location. We loved the beautiful ocean view from the main living, dining and kitchen. We traveled with two toddlers who both loved the grounds, bunny rabbits and the beautiful spot. I would recommend this house to all my friends and relatives. The nice hotel down the road offered nice food and drinks as well.

We stayed for 3 months Nov ['10] - Jan ['11]. The home was attractive and clean. Owner was fair, attentive and easy to work with. Area is ideal for golf and hiking. The home is ideally situated for maximum sea views, although it is not directly on the ocean. We highly recommend this property if your destination is the Ensanada, Rosarito Beach corridor. We rent every winter in the warmer climes; we would stay there again if we were to choose that Baja area. Over the past five years of winter renting, this was by far the most friendly...neighbors and the onsite market venders as well.

My family and I take vacation to bajamar in the summer, this July we rented casa Alexxa for one week. I felt in love with this vacation home it is very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen has a beatiful view to the ocean at any time of the day. I highly recommend this vacation home, We will definitely rented again! My wife and I were married in Bajamar over 8 years ago, and since then we’ve been going back from time to time to relax and play golf. We’ve stayed at a few different places throughout the years, including the Hotel at Bajamar and at least three other homes. Casa Alexssa is by far one of the most enjoyable places we have stayed. It’s extremely beautiful and in an excellent location. The views were wonderful and the accommodations were great. Diego really provided excellent service and the price was too good to be true. I know we’ll definitely be going back to Bajamar, and I know that when we do, we’ll definitely be returning to Casa Alexssa.

My wife and I have have been staying at the Casa Alexxsa on a pretty regular basis for the past few years. Our stay usually includes another fishing partner or two and we keep our boats in the nearby Marina Puerto Salina. Our friends have always been extremely impressed with the Casa and always enjoy it as much as we do. Beautiful, plenty of room for relaxing, a kitchen to cook in if we choose and in a secure invironment. Always treated professionaly by Diego, looks like we'll be staying there for years to come.
