  We recently stayed here in early April/2013 & had a great time. We've had a dedicated group of 4 guys going down to Bajamar for years for 3 nights & 2 rounds of golf per day. The casa is perfect for this venue & allows us to have a nice place to call home, prepare meals in the evening & only a 3 minute ride by car to the clubhouse. We bring down enough food to say in the "compound" and just golf during the day & chill @ night... The owner - Diego is most excellent to deal with on any issues & was extremely prompt in handling all questions, etc. I've rented properties on VRBO all over & for many years with good success & Diego is no exception. You can be assured of an honest person who is proud of his casa & very responsive to all your needs. The final/best part is if you plan on spending time (& money) within the Bajamar development, is a new "fast pass" option they offer. If you spend over XX dollars (I think around $75), Bajamar will provide you with a FREE fast pass (good for 48 hours) that gets you in the exclusive expedited return lane from TJ back to the U.S. What normally takes 90 mintes +, took us a total of about 15 minutes to get through & back into the u.S.! Check this out with the Bajamar hotel main desk when visiting, it's well worth it! Finally, all 3 nine holes on the golf course were in extraordinary shape. We were somewhat concerned with everything that's supposedly going on in Baja, but the reality is the course was as good as I've seen it, especially the greens... We'll be back next spring/2014.... Enjoy!

  EXCELLENT HOME IN QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. PROXIMITY TO ROSALITA AND ENSENADA. BALCONIES AFFORD VIEWS TO OCEAN AND GOLF COURSE. EASY HIKING TOWARD OCEAN. HOME HAS ARTISTRY TOUCH WITH TILEWORK. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AVAILABLE FOR QUESTIONS. CLEAN, AND WITH DIRECT TV FROM STATES. OWNER VERY FAIR TO WORK ALL CONTINGENCIES.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We enjoyed a nice vacation during Thanksgiving week. The house is in a gated community with 24-hour security. There are nice walking paths, tennis courts, golf, swimming pool and various ammenities nearby. The entire process of reserving the home was effortless and the owner was professional in our email exchanges. This is the second time we have stayed in the house and have found it to be a nice getaway from Los Angeles. We recommend it.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  We enjoyed very much our stay at Casa Alexssa....we liked the functionality, cleanliness and comfort of the house and we loved the ocean views at sunset! It’s location is very convenient if you attend concerts or tour the wine tasting area of “Ruta del Vino” not to mention the opportunity to play the 27 holes at Bajamar golf club or having a romantic dinner in one of Ensenada's best restaurants. Diego was very helpful & totally professional and honest to deal with. We’re looking forward to visit Casa Alexssa again and again in the future!

  Exceptional property, very clean and well maintained and great location. We loved the beautiful ocean view from the main living, dining and kitchen. We traveled with two toddlers who both loved the grounds, bunny rabbits and the beautiful spot. I would recommend this house to all my friends and relatives. The nice hotel down the road offered nice food and drinks as well.

  We stayed for 3 months Nov ['10] - Jan ['11]. The home was attractive and clean. Owner was fair, attentive and easy to work with. Area is ideal for golf and hiking. The home is ideally situated for maximum sea views, although it is not directly on the ocean. We highly recommend this property if your destination is the Ensanada, Rosarito Beach corridor. We rent every winter in the warmer climes; we would stay there again if we were to choose that Baja area. Over the past five years of winter renting, this was by far the most friendly...neighbors and the onsite market venders as well.

  My family and I take vacation to bajamar in the summer, this July we rented casa Alexxa for one week. I felt in love with this vacation home it is very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen has a beatiful view to the ocean at any time of the day. I highly recommend this vacation home, We will definitely rented again!   My wife and I were married in Bajamar over 8 years ago, and since then we’ve been going back from time to time to relax and play golf. We’ve stayed at a few different places throughout the years, including the Hotel at Bajamar and at least three other homes. Casa Alexssa is by far one of the most enjoyable places we have stayed. It’s extremely beautiful and in an excellent location. The views were wonderful and the accommodations were great. Diego really provided excellent service and the price was too good to be true. I know we’ll definitely be going back to Bajamar, and I know that when we do, we’ll definitely be returning to Casa Alexssa.

  Casa Alexxa is a little gem on the Baja Coast. Nicely decorated, sunny and very clean. We really enjoyed our mini-vacation and will be back soon. The owner was very helpful and professional

Tenant, on behalf of themselves, their family and guests, agrees to obey the following rules and regulations for the leased premises: • Annoying sounds, loud noises or other disturbances are not permitted. • All appliances are to be used in a proper fashion. • Tenant agrees not to engage in any activities, in or around the premises, which could harm anyone or damage any property. • NO PETS, of any kind are permitted on the premises. • NO SMOKING is permitted inside the premises. • Tenant agrees not to store any flammable, hazardous or toxic chemicals or substances in or around the leased premises. • Tenant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the Bajamar Home Owners Association. • Tenant may not enter into this Lease on behalf of persons under the age of twenty five (25) unless the Tenant intends to be personally present at the premises for the duration of the Lease. • Tenant will not violate any law or ordinance while on the premises. • Tenant agrees that the Tenant will not allow more than 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) to occupy the leased unit. • Tenant will obey all posted regulations concerning the use of the pool. • At the end of the Lease term, the Tenant shall remove all personal property and will leave the premises in good condition. • Tenant will be issued a unique six-digit code to access the unit. This number shall not be shared with anyone outside the party. • Tenant shall ensure that all doors and windows are left locked prior to departure.
