  My fiance and I stayed at the condo for a week in February 2013 and we were very happy with our choice. The resort was quiet and provided a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The condo was clean and well-maintained, appeared to have been recently updated, and was close to the restaurants in Red Hook. The owners graciously had a bottle of rum and a welcome note waiting for us when we arrived, a nice touch. The best part of the condo is the gorgeous view from the living room and balcony, which I enjoyed every morning as I drank my coffee. It's breathtaking! We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives planning a trip to St. Thomas.

  My husband and I stayed at the condo the last week of January. It was very easy grabbing a taxi from the airport and heading right over to Point Pleasant. The condo was very clean, bright, and had possibly the best view on the island. The condo has a beautiful bathroom, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, and most importantly a blender for drinks. The large balcony has seating for many people and over looks a calm bay, with the BVI's in the background. The whole resort is private and is great for people who want a little privacy. The resort has a great beach bar with a happy hour and live music. The bartenders are incredibly nice and very helpful with any questions. The only draw back is that there is not a beach at the resort. You either need to take a 10 minute walk across the bay to Coki beach, or have a rental car to drive to a beach. I would highly advise renting a car. The resort is set on top of a very long, steep drive, and taxi's end up being more expensive then renting a car. This is a great place to stay for people who want peace and quite, as well families who like to get out and explore.

  Cozy and CLEAN! Rented this unit F3 from the VERY sweet owner! Very CLEAN and private unit. The views are breathtaking and the pictures were exactly as what was in the unit, no surprises. Near Coki and Lindquist beaches. My boyfriend loved it and we were fortunate the unit came with all the things we would have had to rent at the beach (chairs, snorkeling equipment, etc.). Taxis were not reluctant to come pick us up. There were a few issues which I made aware to the owner and manager on site and they took care of it. Take note the resort is located up atop a hill and the property itself is VERY hilly so where the appropriate shoes. The resort itself is a little dated and the roads need some repaving. Would rent again if I were staying in St.Thomas.

  The unit was just as described and had a complete make-over recently. Everything was basically brand new, down to the iron and hair dryer. Plenty of room inside the unit for the two of us and the balcony is quite large as well (we ate breakfast out there each morning). There are even some beach chairs and snorkle gear in a locker out there, though we never used any of it. There is a bar/restaurant on site, two pools and one small, but very quaint and private beach. There is another, much larger beach a short walk away. A couple of pointers if you plan on going. 1. As mentioned in other reviews, renting a car would have been cheaper than taking cabs like we did, but to be honest, most of the time we were down there, we were drinking, so I was perfectly fine paying a little more and leaving the driving to someone else. It took me a little to figure out not to call the cab companies directly (half the time they don't answer). Call the dispatch line for the VI taxi authority and they radio all drivers and we never had to wait long to be picked up. Cabs to Red Hook are cheap, but if you go to the other side of the island very often, it can add up. 2. You will get used to hiking some hills and stairs when going around the property, but that's just the lay of the land in St Thomas. 3. If you stay on this area of the island, try to get up and out in the sun early. We noticed that by around 3:30, the sun had passed over the top of the hill, so while it was still plenty warm, you weren't going to be getting any sunbathing in after that. Overall, we were very happy with the trip and the accommodations, and will plan to stay here again the next time we go down. Patrice was also great to deal with and very quick to answer my questions via email when I had them. She had the security deposit refunded within a day or two of us leaving as well.

  WOW! Une vue à couper le souffle de la terrasse donnant directement la mer. L'eau de la mer y est cristalline comme l'eau d'une piscine. Il faut cependant louer une voiture afin de pouvoir visiter les différentes plages, aller au marché ou en montagne et profiter pleinement de l'île. Plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à 5 à 8 minutes en voiture dans le village de Redhook, je vous recommande le Fish Tail où l'on y sert du poisson frais pêché du jour! Le condo lui-même est fraîchement rénové et très propre. Il est suffisamment confortable pour 2 adultes et un ou deux jeunes enfants qui peuvent dormir sur un sofa-lit. À mon avis, le sofa-lit ne peut pas convenir pour 2 adultes. Voici quelques petits points qui pourraient améliorer le séjour à l'intérieur du condo : 1. Une bonne batterie de cuisine dont deux bonnes grandes casserolles et une bonne poêle antiadhésive de type T-Fal. 2. Un radio où l'on peut y insérer un I-pod ou un I-phone pour écouter de la musique. 3. Bien qu'ils soient déjà neufs... acheter une bonne base de lit, un sommier et un matelas de qualité. Malheureusement, mon coinjoint 175 livres et moi 130 livres trouvions que le matelas tout neuf creusait déjà! 4. Ajouter des stores ou des rideaux à la fenêtre dans le salon. En général, je recommande très certainement ce condo car nous y avons passé des vacances de rêve et anticipons déjà d'y retourner! J'aimerais aussi remercier les propriétaires Patrice et Arianne qui ont été rassurants par leur rigueur, leur précision et leur rapidité à répondre à nos questions. Merci encore, nous nous reparlerons sûrement dans la planification d'un prochain voyage. Josée et Alain

Pour votre prochaine visite, je vous encourage à traverser en auto une journée sur l'ile de St John ou magasiner dans la vieille ville les diamants sans taxes! Une initiation à la plongée sous-marine à Coki dive club, le club PADI 5 étoiles est un incontournable à St Thomas. Merci aussi pour les recommandations au sujet du condo.   Your home offers a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I brought our two young daughters to St. Thomas to introduce them to the Caribbean. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable and exactly as advertised. You will find all that you need within minutes of the condo, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc.. Magen's Bay was wonderful. The snorkeling was great. We saw tons of fish, including flounders, rays, parrot fish, and also several turtles. The views were spectacular. And the stay wasn't long enough. Next time we come to St. Thomas, we will definitely rent this condo again. Thanks Patrice and Arianne for a great time.

  Bonjour, nous y étions il y a quelques mois. Nous y étions avec notre jeune fils et ce séjour dans ce condo a été vraiment génial. L'endroit est superbe, parfait pour un couple ou une famille un peu débrouillarde. L'ile est sublime ! Je recommande ! Profitez de la mer qui est incroyablement belle !

  Very nice place to go. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Nice view on British virgin islands from the balcony. You are at 10 mins from all grocery (Cost u less, pricemart, home depot and Kmart). Also, we like the Lindquist beach close to the condo. The PADI 5 stars at coki beach was very friendly.
