A fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops is at the heart of the open floor plan which integrates a dining area with antique table seating 8 and living room with woodstove and comfortable seating to allow for plenty of lounging and relaxation – all with expansive mountain views.
For those of you who like to stay connected, the house has a full complement of electronics - large flat screen HD TV, stereo, DVD player and computer hook up as well as Xbox and Sunday Ticket in the living room, additional TV room on second floor with king size futon and smaller flat screen in master bedroom. House has broadband with WiFi throughout. iPhone docking station in master bedroom.
The house features three bedrooms and two and one half baths. The bedrooms are all bright, sunny and tastefully decorated. Every room affords breathtaking open views of the beautiful surrounding meadows, forest and mountainscapes.

In winter, this is an ideal ski vacation home, as you are just 15 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort and less than 10 minutes from the new Nordic Center at Trapp’s Family Lodge. There is also the Stowe Recreation Path which has a trail network for all abilities. Sledding for the kids (big and small) is just out the back door and we have plenty of sleds!
In summer, this property is an ideal location for a family vacation or retreat that might include outdoor activities such as road or mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, tennis, golf and sightseeing – all within a short distance of the property.
Well behaved, approved dogs are always welcome at Sterling View Farm and St owe's Quiet Path or Cotton Brook, both with leash-free walking, are within minutes of our door.
