We request 50% deposit at time of signing contract when booking more than 3 months in the future. Balance due 60 days prior to rental agreement. On bookings less than 3 months in advance we request 100% payment. Cancellations. If propety can be rebooked we will refund monies less the difference in total price of rental. Also a flate rate of %15 of total rental for having to rebook property.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
Tax is 8%. Cleaning $145 - We do expect house to be left neat and tidy upon your departure. * Extra $100 cleaning charge for large pet over 18 lbs - Extra $50 cleaning charge for small pets. Security Deposit changes depending on lenght of stay. All security deposits are refundable if house is left neat and tidy with no damage otherwise we will deduct extra cleaning and damage from deposit.

About the owner: Moved to Florida from California in 1989 and bought a resort on Longboat Key. My husband and I were in the resort business for 21 years on Longboat Key. We sold our resort in 2008 and retired for some years. In 2011 we bought a marina near our summer home on the Finger Lakes in New York. Since we have always been in the rental business we decided to rent our home out on the bay instead of selling it as we truly love the area. We are planning on cruising our sailboat around the Florida Keys and Bahama's this winter.
Why the Owner Chose Paradise Bay:
We lived on a canal on Longboat Key for years but always wanted to live on the bay with a view so we purchased this home that has an acre of land and a beautiful view. The house has been completely remodeled and a large pool and hot tub were added. Because of our many years in the resort business we are aware of all the creature comforts needed to make your vacation memorable.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
This home has a spectacular view, fabulous pool and great sunsets. It's great to keep your kayak or boat at the dock for last minute adventures. I love to cook and entertain so our family style gourmet kitchen is great for parties or intimate dining for two. The doublesided fireplace is very cozy and the long driveway to the front door keeps us very private. This house is close to the beach, all kinds of shopping, theater, restaurants and entertainment.
