This beautiful, lakefront property sits on a private point (seven mile marker) of the Lake of the Ozarks overlooking the mouth of the Gravois Arm and Main Channel. The property provides guests with access to 140 feet of pristine, lakefront shoreline. The recently remodeled home is one story, with three bedrooms and two baths.
The main living area contains a nice-sized living room and dining room, an ample kitchen with a hexagonal sitting area overlooking the lake, two bedrooms (full-size beds), a beautiful tiled full-size bath with shower, and a large wraparound lake-side deck. The master suite is adjacent to the living room and contains a full-size bed and sofa sleeper (queen), another full-size bath with large shower, and an enclosed sunroom with another sofa sleeper (twin).
The lakefront property offers quick access for swimming, fishing, and all waterfront activities. This "quiet side of the lake" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the east side of the lake - Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Guest are asked to provide their own beach towels, life jackets (required for children under 12), food, soaps, and personal items.
