  We rented this home for our annual family weekend getaway. The house was awesome! There was plenty of space for all of us and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. It was easy to get to and close to the mall and Afton ski resort. Al was very accommodating and made the rental experience wonderful. Highly recommend this home...you won't be disappointed!!

  Finding a centrally located place where all of my brothers and sisters and spouses could gather for a weekend was a challenge. This home proved to be the perfect place. It is close to the airport , Mall of America grocery stores, church, and many other attractions. We were able to do all of our own cooking in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The open kitchen/dining/ living room area was great for everyone to gather for meals, play games, watch basketball games on TV, and sit and visit. Al was very accommodating and willing to answer questions via email or phone call. Everyone had a great time! Thanks again, Al !!

  Stayed here 2/1-4 for a family get away. Accommodations were great and I'm making my rec room in to a theater room now. :) Just wish it wasn't Winter out so we could experience the rear deck. Great location to Mall of America and Stillwater. Went to Stillwater shopping for antiques and had dinner along the river. Thanks, Al

  This house is wonderful!! Loved everything about it!! Nothing bad to say at all!! House is in a great location close to the Mall and close to the Zoo. Had a great time! We will be going back soon.

  Our four families fit comfortably. We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and close to many places. The house very cozy and clean. Great memories and we would stay again. Thanks to Al for making us feel well welcome.

  Trying to find a place that will fit 14 women can be tough, but this place fit the bill. Several were flying in from out of state, so the location was very convenient to the airport. The house was clean, neat, and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room made for a nice space to hang out and chat while others prepared food. The driveway was a little small for all of our vehicles (no street parking), but Al allowed us to park two vehicles in the garage, so we made it work. AL was very accomodating through the enitre process. If we were to go there again, I'd make sure to bring an air mattress and bedding for additional sleeping. All-in-all, I would recommend this place for the convenience, space, and Al's easy-going attitude.

  I planned a girls trip to the Mall of America and decided to rent this home for our trip. We couldnt not of picked a better home to stay in. It was simply beautiful. Close to the mall as well as restaurants and other stores such as Target, Walmart, and Walgreens.The description and pictures of the home are accurate. Property was very well maintained, and clean. Al, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay for a week covering Christmas 2012. Family members came from California (2 families), Colorado, and Montana and family member resident of Minneapolis came for daytime visits and meals (thirteen on overnights and 5 from their local home during the day and for meals). The location is very good and convenient to necessary shopping and highlight shopping at the Mall of America and IKEA as well as movie theatres and church service on Christmas eve. The house is large, well appointed, and extremely accomodating. Al, the owner, was very helpful and accomodating as well. I would highly recommend this home to others who might be considering a stay for a large group or family.

  My family was coming from 5 different locations this Thanksgiving and this home was ABSOLUTELY perfect!!! The listing was accurate, was clean and well-maintained and a short drive from the airport and Mall of America!!! (Helpful for Black Friday shopping) The photos do NOT do the house justice!!! Al was beyond helpful and responded quickly to emails and phone calls.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  I contacted Al about staying at his rental so I could take my daughter to the Amplatz Children's Hospital in Minn. He was so accommodating right from the beginning. When we arrived at his home, we were wonderfully surprised at how lovely it was, so clean, open and welcoming. Because this is his private home (he does not stay there while renting) it has everything that one would need being away from home. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood lined with sidewalks; the kitchen has everything and more to cook home cooked meals; the living room has a large, flat-screen tv, gas fireplace, big windows and large comfortable furniture. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 1 with a King Size bed and private bath with a whirlpool tub- super comfortable and 3 other bedrooms that are all beautifully decorated and equally comfortable. There is also a bath upstairs and downstairs to accommodate everyone in the house. The back porch looks out into the neighborhood and has a grill for grilling and a beautiful patio table to sit and relax. The home has separate laundry room with a new washer and dryer and everything that you need to keep up with your laundry- just like at home. There is another sitting room downstairs as well as a private sitting room with a pull out couch for additional sleeping arrangements. The garage fits two SUV's comfortably and there is a code to come in and out, nice and easy. The home is located very close to all shopping including the Mall of America and the MN Zoo. If you're looking to rent, this is the place!! For the price of a hotel and the cost of buying daily meals, this affords you the comfort of home and a kitchen to cook! Five Stars, for sure and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
