Tangerine Dream is one apartment in a 3-unit building. We have a large yard with plenty of room for private tanning; yet shade enough to get out of the hot sun. We are on a quiet, tree-lined street - hear the caw of parrots or the song of the Isle Whipporwill. 3/8ths of a mile easy bike ride to Siesta Village and the beach....morecollapse

We stayed at this property for one week in March, 2013. We found the property to be as advertised and were very satisfied. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable (which are the two most important aspects for me). I will agree with the other reviewer that the wireless network isnt great, but our iphones and ipad were able to connect to it and use it for our entire stay. The neighbors were quiet and super nice. We LOVED having the bikes and rode them to the beach each day. It was great to zip right by any traffic and not have to worry about finding a parking space. There are bike racks at one of the beach accesses near the village, beach access 4 I believe. We even took the tandem down to Turtle Beach and had a great time. Overall, I would recommend this property to any of my freiends or family members without hesitation and hope to stay here again next winter.

Way beyond our expectations, much larger than we thought, Very Clean, Comfortable and Quiet. Great location. We found everything we needed for cooking our meals etc... Can not say anything bad about our stay. We will definitely come back, just loved it.

There is no wifi (internet) at this unit, contrary to what was advertised. There is a router located in another unit upstairs, but the wifi signal does not really reach this rental unit and as a result we were charged over $600 in cellular data from our service provider. We should have turned off the cell data, but we needed internet and could not pick up the signal from the rental property. We found the unit very very musty, and not well appointed in some regards: they did not even have 1 wine glass! The windows were very old and needed to be replaced: some of the windows do not lock and we had to take our chances. The owner or someone probably lives there as she keeps clothing in the unit and lots of groceries/toiletries which can come in handy (we didn't use any but I believe you could use them if desired). On the positive side, It is located on SK, about a 5-7 mins bike ride from the beach, there was bikes available for us to use, and bogey boards to use at the beach. The bed was quite comfortable. The street is quiet and tranquil.
