The living area and the master bedroom offer direct access to the oversized balcony overlooking the sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of PCB. A perfect
place to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets or stars at night. You can even leave the sliding doors open and listen to the ocean waves while you sleep.
The property is gorgeous with amenities like a world-class resort: lobby has impressive granite water-features, beachfront zero-entry salt-water pool and whirlpool spa, fire pit for cool nights, fitness center and pool-side wine bar/cafe. Pier Park is only a 10 minute walk. You can catch your own dinner on the pier and grill it on your private balcony. The International Airport is less 15 minutes by car.
The Master has a king bed, private bath with dual vanities and flat screen TV/DVD. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with dual vanities and a flat screen TV. Third bedroom is a bunk room for the kids or extra guest. This room also has a flat screen TV
and a door for privacy. The third bathroom is located next to the bunk room for convenience. Because of this, it rents out as a 3 bedroom/3 bath.
All bathrooms have granite countertops and high end fixtures including hair dryers.
The condo is fully equipped with 4 Flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, stereo system, washer and dryer, linens and towels, a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishes for 10 and plenty of pots and pans. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all the items you need to prepare meals.
This condo has lightening fast WiFi that is password protected. When you book, the password will be given to you.
