It is our goal to make your vacation as easy, comfortable, clean, and enjoyable as possible. No lugging of chairs and umbrella, all is set up for you and ready to go. My condos are done in custom upholestry, hand painted furniture, designer extras throughout.
Due to the fact that I have 3 condos at Maravilla, I don't maintain the calendar, but please check with me. I usually have openings. I also break up weeks and do some daily rentals.

We choose Maravilla after some friends from Louisville purchased their first Maravilla condo. We came with them on a vacation and purchased our first condo the next year. We love the area and the beaches are the most beautiful in the world!

Chip and I manage not only our condos, but others in Destin. We make sure we stay current,we have added Flat screens, ipod dock, include the beach service, I have designer fabrics, drapes etc. We are always updating and redoing to maintain the condos. We would appreciate your business!

Chip and I are owners of 2 condos in Destin. We have been married 25 years and have 5 children. Our youngest is 9, oldest is 24. Florida is a passion of ours and part of our family traditions. We have many wonderful memories of our vacations here.
