This property is ideally suited for a family of four. We spent a week and it is just the right size with two full bathrooms. It is furnished with everything you will need to move in and have fun. Fry's Food Store, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods are located a short walk away. It is easy to access major routes off E. Shea Blvd to go downtown. Salt River Fields and Chase Field are within 20 minutes drive which makes this a great location for spring ball or the D-backs. Plenty of shopping in the area. The pool is a one minute walk from the condo and is in very nice condition. It is very clean! Aldo is easy to work with when booking the condo and the people in the other units are friendly. Our daughter will be attending Grand Canyon University in the fall and we will definitely consider using this property again. Thanks Aldo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We found the unit as advertised and pictured. Everything was in good condition and working. The pool area was very enjoyable and included an excellent barbeque. The best feature is the location. 20 minutes to airport. 15 minutes to Salt River Fields. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Also enjoyed many of the hiking trails in the area.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were more than pleased with our stay at the condo. It was quiet. We were also happy with the location. Close to shopping, restaurants and church and activities. The pictures do not do it justice. The owner was very helpful and answered our concerns. (which were very minor) The caretaker was welcoming and also helpful and kind. The property was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this condo to all our friends and relatives.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Owner was very attentive to our needs. The condo was as displayed in the pictures. It is bright, well equipped and comfortable. The location is ideal. everything is within a two mile radius. This location is appropriate for anyone who wants to take advantage of what the phoenix area has to offer. I wish we could have stayed longer.
