Located on "The Corridor" just three miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas in the gated beachside community of Cabo Bello, Casa Lynn offers you a relaxing environment as you sit by your private pool and enjoy views of the Sea of Cortez. As you approach the entrance to the casa, you will walk past palm, lime and orange trees, on the beautifully landscaped entry way, smell the fresh flowers and enjoy the sounds of the peaceful fountain.
Our modern, custom built, non-smoking private casa features three large bedrooms, each with its own large private full bath with double sinks and walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living rooms with sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and swimming pool area. The beautiful brick cupula stairway takes you to the two upstairs bedrooms with 2 king size beds and sliding doors that open up to a private balcony overlooking the pool, patio and ocean view. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or juice as you gaze at the Sea of Cortez.
The main level bedroom has a queen-size bed with full bathroom, and sliding doors that lead to the garden and swimming pool area. We also provide a queen size pillowtop Aerobed (more comfortable than a convertible sofa) in case you need an additional bed. There is also a half bath on the main level and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy Dish Network on our living room 42 inch HDTV with over 100 channels including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX. Or enjoy over 90 commercial free Sirius Satellite Music channels as you lounge by the pool.
Need to conduct some business on vacation? Our main level bedroom also features a desk with high speed DSL and WIFI. Just bring your laptop and log on.
The pool and patio area features lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and a patio table with chairs for outside dining while you enjoy the ocean view. The poolside refrigerator will be pre-stocked with beer and water prior to your arrival. The large market umbrella and patio ceiling fans will help keep you cool as you enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the palm trees sway in the ocean breeze. Or sit in the secluded back yard patio, shaded by high walls covered in flowering red Bougainvillea and yellow Hibiscus plants. This is the perfect place to relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the backyard fountain or prepare your favorite meal on our propane BBQ.
Or take the spiral staircase to the 180 square foot "Sunset Deck", located on the rooftop and offering amazing views of Land's End. This may become your favorite location to enjoy "happy hour" as the sun sets into the Pacific.
The private, swimmable beach at Cabo Bello is a ten minute walk or two minute drive from the casa, and is in a protected cove, which makes it perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or relaxing on the beach. And you'll never encounter annoying beach vendors here like you will on the main beach.
Several fine restaurants are within walking distance of the casa, and we are a five minute walk to the bus stop to town.
Costco and Santa Carmella Markets are less than a mile away, and with the addition of Sariana's, City Club, Wal-Mart with groceries and CCC's Super Mega Stores in Cabo, you'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you can imagine including fine meats for bar-b-queing on the outdoor gas grill. We can also arrange to have the casa completely stocked with groceries and beverages before you arrive.

Why the Owner Chose Cabo Bello
Cabo Bello is in a quiet , well maintained, private, gated community. It's close to Costco and Wal-mart, and only 3 miles from downtown Cabo and the marina. There are several nice reataurants within walking distance, and the private beach is a 10 minute walk from the casa.

Lynn and I have been traveling to Cabo from California for more than 16 years and when the opportunity to purchase our home became available, we jumped on it. Our love for the area grew with each visit and we decided that when the time was right, this is where we would like to retire. In 2001 we purchased a one bedroom condo in Misiones, and 3 years later we bought Casa Lynn. In 2006 we retired and made the move to Cabo. In 2007 we purchased a lot in Cabo Bello and built our dream home, 2 blocks from Casa Lynn, which is where we now live. In addition to maintaining and renting our home and condo, we also help other Cabo owners with their property management and rentals.

Just retunred from 10 wonderful days at Casa Lynn. This Casa is absolutey beautiful and our family of 5 loved the house, pool and Bob's welcoming beers. Loved being in a gated community with such great security. Spent a lot of time on the large patio with the pool. Would recommend having a car although the "White" bus comes regularly and takes you down town Cabo for 80 pesos. Many beautiful beaches within 10 mins drive. Our family had one of the best vacations ever and huge thanks to Bob and Lynn - We will be back!

We just returned from a week at Casa Lynn! It couldn't have been better. We shared a beer with Bob upon our arrival - and then, relaxed in the sun - walked to the beach - and cooked delicious dinners which we ate by the pool. I would highly recommend the stay!

I spent an entire week at the lovely Casa Lynn with 5 of my closest friends. We truly enjoyed our experience; using every amenity the house has to offer. We cooked many meals in the spacious, open kitchen and spent countless hours enjoying the pool. Bob even arranged for us to have cold beers waiting upon our arrival! He was very responsive to our needs on site and when the garbage disposal gave us trouble, he came right over and replaced it immediately. I definitely recommend this house, we enjoyed our experience wholeheartedly. The private beach is a short walk away and feels incredibly private and luxurious. Don't forget to have "sunset margaritas" on the roof deck!

All my girls do is ask when can we go back "the house with the pool?!" Our Cabo vaction at Bob and Lynn's house was such a perfect break for us. The whole front of the house was sliding glass doors so we could always see our kids in the pool no matter where we were, and there was easily enough space to sleep our family of five. The picutres on the posting can't show how lovely it is. And it was so easy. Bob was beyond helpful with information about the area, helping us with internet and phone and recommending a doctor when my smallest girl had croup (yes, we still had a good vacation). The Cabo area is beautiful, warm and relaxing. Thank you so much!

Our party of 7 (2 families) rented Casa Lynn for a week during Spring Break. We had a great time, and a great stay at Casa Lynn! Bob and Lynn were very welcoming and truly hospitable. The house had everything that we needed, and we felt right at home. All of the excellent reviews for this property are accurate...the place is just great, and what a bargain! The location was fantastic - not in town, but very conveniently close to town. The private beach at Cabo Bello is lovely. As promised Bob had cold beer for us upon arrival and perfect weather through the week! One of our best Spring Break weeks ever!! Bob and Lynn; thank you for everything!

We traveled to Mexico for our daughters wedding. We rented Casa Lynn and stayed with a party of 7, all family members. We were beyond pleased with the Villa and the hospitality of the owner Bob. The pictures do not do the Villa justice (great job with the decor Lynn !). We had plenty of room for everything and the place was immaculate. On our first night Bob greeted us just after arrival and showed us how to operate the A/C and the ins and outs of their lovely home. We went to Costco and Wallmart to stock the kitchen as I cooked often. The kitchen was filled with every thing you need for food preparation down to a stainless grill to barbeque. Every room had its own bathroom with beautifully tiled showers and double sinks. The beds were so comfy and fresh. Attention to detail everywhere. The pool was refreshing and the views memorable. We had the most amazing time, full of romance, wonderful foods,dancing and fun shopping. The wedding was all we hoped it would be and more. The Villa is a screaming bargain and to get Bob's tips on top... it just does not get any better. We can not wait to get back to Cabo and stay at Casa Lynn. Cheers to our fabulous hosts!

Casa Lynn was by far the best house I have rented in Cabo. I have been going to Cabo since 1998. This year we took family and friends, 7 in all. The house was in excellent shape and appeared to have new landscaping and paint. The house is set up perfectly for people vacationing, quaility bedding, lots of towels, private bathrooms for each bedroom was a big plus as we were traveling with teenagers. We cooked most of our meals and Casa Lynn had everything we needed to use, including a selection of spices. Very quiet and safe location. I have paid more for houses that were not nearly as nice!!! Some of the other houses I have rented I had a bit of a language barrier with the property managers. Bob on the other hand showed up just after we arrived and made sure we understood how to operate the stereo/tv and a/c,speaks english and is just down the street if you need anything. Everything on his website is 100% truthful, his hard work at keeping the house in top shape was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Casa Lynn and would definitely stay there again.

Casa Lynn is just perfect! We booked a week with four ladies for a week of sun, fun. I travel alot, and also am a 25 year Luxury Hotel Rep. The Home is just as listed, it is so well done. It is a great location for easy access to Cabo or San Jose. The Home is in great condtion with really good air(we were there in September so it was hot)It is very very safe and well protected. Bob and Lynn really care about your experience. I would recommend Costco for meats and drinks and the market across the freeway for adhoc needs. Walmart was very hectic, with TimeShare people actually trying to get to you while shopping, however prices were good.Bob and Lynn have alot of pride in their home and live closely in case anything comes up(had to make a call about an issue and it was handled right away)I would also reccomend Perla the housekeeper if you want a hotel experience. We had her daily(it was a luxury at a very good price) and felt good to help someone who wants to work at a very good price. I think for families it is just right. The beds are great, the towels hotel quality, and all the comforts of home without a hotel price. Loved the stereo, playing outside chilling in the pool, while the pool is small it is perfect to just cool out and enjoy your vacation. I am a hard customer and for the price, you cant go wrong. I am coming back and Thank you Bob and Lynn. We did not love Villa Serrana but judge for yourself. We had a great time, and again, this is a really really beautiful place. Bob can direct you if it is your first visit to Cabo, but we just chilled and cooked and read. You will enjoy this home.

Myself and my family (3 young kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabo Bella. It had easy access to Cabo via car whereby we could dirve to differnet beaches each day. Casa Lynn house itself was very beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and super clean with wonderful views of the ocean. We lazed in the pool every day and had all of the wonderful house amenities at our side. Everything is available to you even down to a pack and play for our child which we didn't need to transport from our house. Thanks again for a great stay.

Five members of my family stayed at Casa Lynn for my neice's wedding. It was a great place to stay! The information about the casa and the Cabo area that Bob e-mailed was very helpful for our first visit to Mexico. We loved the casa which was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was great, especially after the steep climb back from the beach. Our first night at Casa Lynn we walked to Villa Serena and ate dinner. The food, live music and the view were great, but watch out for those margaritas! We bought food for breakfasts at Walmart, where they have a great bakery and good selection of fresh produce. We either walked or took a taxi when we left Cabo Bello. The guys at the front gate were great about finding us a taxi. We would recommend Casa Lynn to any of our friends and family for a visit to Cabo. Thanks Bob for everything!
