This home is really really nice. There was an outdoor space for all times of the day, a great, private back area, the sunny pool side in the afternoon, and the roof top deck was awesome. I wish I had more time. The beds are perfect, big, nicely firm, with 2 pillows for each person. And the bathrooms are just lovely, very Mexican and spacious. And the view is great, not real close to the ocean, but there's lots of blue water and you felt close. There was an arroyo across the street that reminded me of Jurassic Park, lots of palms and greenery, very serene. It's in a high end neighborhood, a vacant lot on one side, and above the neighbors to the front and right, fairly private. I highly recommend this home, we do plan to come back next year.

Just retunred from 10 wonderful days at Casa Lynn. This Casa is absolutey beautiful and our family of 5 loved the house, pool and Bob's welcoming beers. Loved being in a gated community with such great security. Spent a lot of time on the large patio with the pool. Would recommend having a car although the "White" bus comes regularly and takes you down town Cabo for 80 pesos. Many beautiful beaches within 10 mins drive. Our family had one of the best vacations ever and huge thanks to Bob and Lynn - We will be back!

We just returned from a week at Casa Lynn! It couldn't have been better. We shared a beer with Bob upon our arrival - and then, relaxed in the sun - walked to the beach - and cooked delicious dinners which we ate by the pool. I would highly recommend the stay!

I spent an entire week at the lovely Casa Lynn with 5 of my closest friends. We truly enjoyed our experience; using every amenity the house has to offer. We cooked many meals in the spacious, open kitchen and spent countless hours enjoying the pool. Bob even arranged for us to have cold beers waiting upon our arrival! He was very responsive to our needs on site and when the garbage disposal gave us trouble, he came right over and replaced it immediately. I definitely recommend this house, we enjoyed our experience wholeheartedly. The private beach is a short walk away and feels incredibly private and luxurious. Don't forget to have "sunset margaritas" on the roof deck!

Our party of 7 (2 families) rented Casa Lynn for a week during Spring Break. We had a great time, and a great stay at Casa Lynn! Bob and Lynn were very welcoming and truly hospitable. The house had everything that we needed, and we felt right at home. All of the excellent reviews for this property are accurate...the place is just great, and what a bargain! The location was fantastic - not in town, but very conveniently close to town. The private beach at Cabo Bello is lovely. As promised Bob had cold beer for us upon arrival and perfect weather through the week! One of our best Spring Break weeks ever!! Bob and Lynn; thank you for everything!

Great family spring break

All my girls do is ask when can we go back "the house with the pool?!" Our Cabo vaction at Bob and Lynn's house was such a perfect break for us. The whole front of the house was sliding glass doors so we could always see our kids in the pool no matter where we were, and there was easily enough space to sleep our family of five. The picutres on the posting can't show how lovely it is. And it was so easy. Bob was beyond helpful with information about the area, helping us with internet and phone and recommending a doctor when my smallest girl had croup (yes, we still had a good vacation). The Cabo area is beautiful, warm and relaxing. Thank you so much!

We traveled to Mexico for our daughters wedding. We rented Casa Lynn and stayed with a party of 7, all family members. We were beyond pleased with the Villa and the hospitality of the owner Bob. The pictures do not do the Villa justice (great job with the decor Lynn !). We had plenty of room for everything and the place was immaculate. On our first night Bob greeted us just after arrival and showed us how to operate the A/C and the ins and outs of their lovely home. We went to Costco and Wallmart to stock the kitchen as I cooked often. The kitchen was filled with every thing you need for food preparation down to a stainless grill to barbeque. Every room had its own bathroom with beautifully tiled showers and double sinks. The beds were so comfy and fresh. Attention to detail everywhere. The pool was refreshing and the views memorable. We had the most amazing time, full of romance, wonderful foods,dancing and fun shopping. The wedding was all we hoped it would be and more. The Villa is a screaming bargain and to get Bob's tips on top... it just does not get any better. We can not wait to get back to Cabo and stay at Casa Lynn. Cheers to our fabulous hosts!

Casa Lynn was by far the best house I have rented in Cabo. I have been going to Cabo since 1998. This year we took family and friends, 7 in all. The house was in excellent shape and appeared to have new landscaping and paint. The house is set up perfectly for people vacationing, quaility bedding, lots of towels, private bathrooms for each bedroom was a big plus as we were traveling with teenagers. We cooked most of our meals and Casa Lynn had everything we needed to use, including a selection of spices. Very quiet and safe location. I have paid more for houses that were not nearly as nice!!! Some of the other houses I have rented I had a bit of a language barrier with the property managers. Bob on the other hand showed up just after we arrived and made sure we understood how to operate the stereo/tv and a/c,speaks english and is just down the street if you need anything. Everything on his website is 100% truthful, his hard work at keeping the house in top shape was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Casa Lynn and would definitely stay there again.

Casa Lynn is just perfect! We booked a week with four ladies for a week of sun, fun. I travel alot, and also am a 25 year Luxury Hotel Rep. The Home is just as listed, it is so well done. It is a great location for easy access to Cabo or San Jose. The Home is in great condtion with really good air(we were there in September so it was hot)It is very very safe and well protected. Bob and Lynn really care about your experience. I would recommend Costco for meats and drinks and the market across the freeway for adhoc needs. Walmart was very hectic, with TimeShare people actually trying to get to you while shopping, however prices were good.Bob and Lynn have alot of pride in their home and live closely in case anything comes up(had to make a call about an issue and it was handled right away)I would also reccomend Perla the housekeeper if you want a hotel experience. We had her daily(it was a luxury at a very good price) and felt good to help someone who wants to work at a very good price. I think for families it is just right. The beds are great, the towels hotel quality, and all the comforts of home without a hotel price. Loved the stereo, playing outside chilling in the pool, while the pool is small it is perfect to just cool out and enjoy your vacation. I am a hard customer and for the price, you cant go wrong. I am coming back and Thank you Bob and Lynn. We did not love Villa Serrana but judge for yourself. We had a great time, and again, this is a really really beautiful place. Bob can direct you if it is your first visit to Cabo, but we just chilled and cooked and read. You will enjoy this home.

Myself and my family (3 young kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabo Bella. It had easy access to Cabo via car whereby we could dirve to differnet beaches each day. Casa Lynn house itself was very beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and super clean with wonderful views of the ocean. We lazed in the pool every day and had all of the wonderful house amenities at our side. Everything is available to you even down to a pack and play for our child which we didn't need to transport from our house. Thanks again for a great stay.

Five members of my family stayed at Casa Lynn for my neice's wedding. It was a great place to stay! The information about the casa and the Cabo area that Bob e-mailed was very helpful for our first visit to Mexico. We loved the casa which was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was great, especially after the steep climb back from the beach. Our first night at Casa Lynn we walked to Villa Serena and ate dinner. The food, live music and the view were great, but watch out for those margaritas! We bought food for breakfasts at Walmart, where they have a great bakery and good selection of fresh produce. We either walked or took a taxi when we left Cabo Bello. The guys at the front gate were great about finding us a taxi. We would recommend Casa Lynn to any of our friends and family for a visit to Cabo. Thanks Bob for everything!

We just returned from a 4 night girls trip, so fabulous. We were 6 stressed out ladies and the Casa Lynn was the perfect place for us to destress. It is very private and quite. The walk to the beach is quiet a trek, especially coming back up hill, just be prepared.The villa is about a 10 minute taxi ride into Cabo San Lucas and is about $6 per person eachway. We started off with Bob doing our grocery shopping, great job. I recommend taking in the sunrise from the top deck and the sunsets by the pool. I do NOT recommend the Mexican resturant, Seranos, terrible. The Mona Lisa resturant was great. The weather was so fantastic. We did a private sail boat, best part of the trip, the canyon zipline, quite strenous and a deep sea fishing trip. Did no catch a fish, we were robbed, be careful who you book your fishing trip with. To all those ladies out there, always be aware and be careful of who you are dealing with and do not give out more information than necessary to anyone. All in all it was a trip of a lifetime, loved the villa and being able to do our own thing whenever we wanted.

The Big 40 at Casa Lynn

Our stay at Casa Lynn was excellent! The house is well maintained and had everything we could possibly have needed for the week. We cooked many meals and the grill worked well too. Bob, thanks for having cold beers ready for our arrival! What a nice welcome! We rented a car and I would recommend doing so as well. Costco and Walmart are only a few minutes from the villa along with a couple of nice restaurants. When going into Cabo San Lucas park at the mall, it was cheap and secure. The pool was just big enough to cool off and float around in to relax. The beach is beautiful. About a 10 minute walk. We were so comfortable at the villa that we only made it down there once... Beautiful, lazy week! There were 3 couples and we all felt we had plenty of privacy and room. Thanks again Bob! Casa Lynn will be a great memory of my 40th!!!

Cabo Bello is by far the nicest home I have stayed in around the Cabo San Lucas/San Jose area. My daughters and friends (7) of us, stayed for a week, what a joy. The house is very nicely decorated, comfortable and Bob and Lynn were the most gracious hosts. The house has everything you need and more. We were in Cabo celebrating a few birthdays and we could not have asked for a nicer home/locaiton. I/we have stayed in several location around that area, and Casa Lynn will be on the top of our list for vacations. Thank you again Bob and Lynn.

I just returned from a week stay in Cabo and had the pleasure of staying at Casa Lynn with my wife and another couple. I can only say that Bob's house was just as advertised. It is a gorgeous home with tons of space. We entertained a party of eight and had a great time. There are great amenities to the house and it is very conveniently located to Cabo without the bustle. The complex is completely safe with gates and security patrol. You could not be happier if you chose to stay here and it was a great rate. Thanks again Bob

We had the pleasure of going to Cabo for the first time in December for 8 days. Casa Lynn certainly made our trip more then we could have expected! Bob and Lynn made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we were ready to check out!The house was very well appointed and had everything we could have needed.The weather was in the mid 80's the whole week so we really took advantage of the pool and patio area. George especially loved the large sliding doors it felt like we brought the outdoors inside! We just returned from Bob and Lynn's wonderful abode. Our two adult sons and two grandsons, ages 3 and 1 joined us. All of us had a wonderful time. The pool is great for adults and kids, just a step out the door. Shopping is easy with Costco and Walmart within easy, navigable distance. Cabo is within easy reach, we enjoyed the dolphin encounter! It is a great vacation....plus it snowed at home while we were away!

This was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the comforts of home while still being close to all that Cabo has to offer. The house is terrific, well maintained and Bob and Lynn are wonderful proprietors. They responded immediately to our inquiries, gave good suggestions of things to do/see and were a delight to deal with. It turns out the blender didn't work (horrors when wanting to mix your margarita) and Bob immediately bought and delivered a new one, just in time for sunset! Villa Lynn was the perfect match for our group and our vacation. we had 6 people and we had more than enough room. Bob made sure we had what we needed and was always willing to share suggestions. The location of Villa Lynn is excellent. Close enough to town that you can get there rather quickly, but removed enough to feel private. The private beach was a wonderful change from the public beaches with their many vendors. The free international calling was a great bonus to have as well as the internet access. We have nothing but great things to say about this property and would highly recommend it. Thanks Bob!

Highly recommend Casa Lynn- great location, good value. The house is perfect for large families or 3 couples. The rooftop offered beautiful sunsets and a nice view of Lands End. Bob was nearby to help in any way.

We were so pleased with the Casa Lynn accomodations for our last four days in Cabo! Bob made it so easy to reseve the home and gave us sooooo many good recomendations. The bedroom/bath combination worked out excellent for the 3 couples and we spent numerous hours sitting by the pool. The gas grill was perfect for preparing the fresh tuna that the guys caught during their fishing trip. We were also VERY pleased with the private beach. Overall out trip to Cabo San Lucas was winner! Thanks for such a great place to stay!

Our group of 3 couples could not have been more pleased with Casa Lynn. All 3 bedrooms were very similar, so everyone was extremely happy with where they slept. The pool and patio were in the sun all day and equipped with music so we never wanted to leave. When we did go, the private beach was only a 10 minute walk and definitely worth it for the snorkeling and the privacy! Bob and Lynn are very gracious hosts and went out of their way to help us both before and during the trip! A must for anyone looking for a place to stay in Cabo!!!

dear bob and lynn. casa lynn was the perfect place to stay. very close to cabo, close to private beach. the house set up was perfect. great for 3 couples. plenty of room, free calls to usa, internet, direct t.v., outdoor t.v., and music, pool, hot tub, what more could you ask for!! we loved it, and bob and lynn are great. they gave us so much info. the "roadhouse" was so fun. we will certainly go back. isabell and patrick breen, hollister, calif.

Bob, Loved it, Loved it, Loved it! What a beautiful home you have with a great view. Everything was perfect. My husband and kids really enjoyed your pool and the short walk to the private beach, and I really appreciated the upgraded cookware, linens and towels. Lots of room and privacy. The BBQ came in handy (glad my daughters love to cook)and the fountain in the backyard was very relaxing during "happy hour"!
