2 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 levels including family room, top level with killer views, newly remodeled town-home overlooking Breckenridge ski area, bus line across the street, 5 minutes to town of Breckenridge.
This property would be ideal for any Front Range families that have kids in ski school and hate driving I-70. 2 families could share the condo so that it would be less expensive.Each having 2 weeks a month.
We are willing to rent monthly only ( 1 month at a time), but ideally would like to rent the townhouse for the winter. Please feel free to call and discuss your situation.

We realize a 3 month ski season rental might be too lengthy for most people. We would be willing to rent property for a one month minimum period. $200 included in rental amount for utility fee. If utilities exceed $200 amount the renter is responsible for the excess amount. Damage deposit required.

About the owner: Hi, welcome to our site. We would like to find a family or 2 couples that would like to use our ski home as their ski home for the 2012-13 ski season. It does not have to be the entire ski season, it could be a month, willing to discuss options. Our home has never been rented until now so it is in pristine condition, very warm and comfortable. We live outside of Boulder so we are not too far away. Our children are grown and we find that even though we ski, we do not visit our place as much as we would like and therefore we want someone else to enjoy it. It has a mudroom for all your skis and equipment.
Why the Owner Chose Rock Ridge:
We bought our home in Breckenridge so we could have a place where our kids could be part of a great community. We all ski Copper Mountain, but it is also a 20 minute drive to Keystone and 40 minutes to Vail. Copper is 20 minutes.
Once the kids moved away, we still love to go there especially in the summer. Breckenridge has some amazing restaurants, similar to what we have in Boulder.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The views from our living room are incredible. We overlook the ski area and downtown Breckenridge. We have a nice size living room with a beautiful wood burning fireplace where you can just relax and look through the pines to the ski area. It is quite beautiful. The top floor' push out' window has even a better view. That is where the kids always hung out as there is a TV and DVD player on that level. It makes it nice that the kids have their own space on the top floor while you can entertain on the main level.
