Enjoy wide, lifeguard-protected beaches just steps from this airy three-bedroom home. Ocean City, New Jersey is a family vacation destination located a short distance from Atlantic City and Cape May. There is great fishing and many enjoyable and challenging golf courses are close by. Begin a memorable family tradition.
Newer construction located at 3757 West Avenue (ocean side of street) is comfortable and conveniently located to lifeguarded beach, shopping (Wawa, Acme, CVS, 5&10 shop), playground (Miracle on 34th street playground, bike rental, basketball and tennis courts), boardwalk, church, and restaurants. Our home comes complete with all the luxuries one could want, two outdoor decks with furniture, outdoor shower, garage, and off street parking.
This first floor home has a queen bed in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom. Two twin-beds occupy the third bedroom with the addition of a queen-sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms, as well as the family room have ceiling fans.
Ask about weekend getaways in the off season. No smoking allowed!!! Small pets welcomed!!! Renters must be at least 21 years of age or a family(s) with children!!! All weekly rates are Saturday 2:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am.
Deposits and Rental Procedures: A Deposit of $300 is required within five days to reserve your week. A nonrefundable fee of $75 will be required for each pet on the premise. Otherwise, the week will remain available for rental to others. Lease agreements will be mailed immediately following receipt of your deposit.
The signed lease and 50% of the weekly rental is due within fourteen days, with the remaining balance due thirty days prior to occupancy. Your deposit will serve as the security deposit.
